With the D'Backs expected to be buyers at the trade deadline, Olney says that Skaggs is "far from untouchable." FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal reported on Friday that the Diamondbacks have shown interest in trading for Yovani Gallardo and Jeff Samardzija.
