The Diamondbacks are expected to recall Tyler Skaggs from Triple-A Reno to start on Tuesday. Randall Delgado replaced the injured Brandon McCarthy on the roster, but he'll work in relief. Skaggs earned the chance after striking out a career-high nine over six scoreless innings in a start last week. Skaggs got off to a slow start at Reno this season but posted a 30/5 K/BB ratio over 25 1/3 May innings. He could be around for a while if McCarthy's shoulder issue persists.
