ESPN's Buster Olney reports that "there is a perception among other teams" that the Diamondbacks are willing to trade Tyler Skaggs. Skaggs has made three starts with the Diamondbacks this season and has a 4.79 ERA over 12 appearances at Triple-A Reno. With the D'Backs expected to be buyers at the trade deadline, Olney says that Skaggs is "far from untouchable."
