Bynum had his one-year $16.1 million contract option picked up on Monday by the Lakers, but a long-term deal is still being discussed.

He should be looking to prove a point in Game 2, especially if Kendrick Perkins (hip) is unable to play.

Andrew Bynum and Kobe Bryant each scored 20 points in Monday's embarrassing Game 1, 119-90 loss to the Thunder. Bynum had 14 rebounds and a block, while Kobe hit just 7-of-18 shots to finish with three rebounds, two assists and a three in the loss. Bynum managed to stick around for the whole game, but remained on the bench with Pau Gasol afterward, presumably missing part (or all) of Mike Brown's postgame discussion. Game 2 is Wednesday in OKC.
