After days of criticism for their lackluster play, Andrew Bynum (16 points, 18 rebounds, six blocks) and Pau Gasol (23 points, 17 rebounds, four blocks) absolutely dominated the Nuggets frontcourt in Game 7.
Bynum and Gasol were the first teammates in NBA playoff history to combine for at least 30 points, 30 rebounds, 20 offensive rebounds and 10 blocks. The offensive rebounds were the story of the game, really, as Denver repeatedly ceded possessions and second-chance points in the fourth quarter. The Lakers can't bask in the glow of their victory for too long, as they immediately head to Oklahoma City for Game 1 on Monday.

Andrew Bynum had a playoff career-high 27 points to go along with nine rebounds and two blocks, and Kobe Bryant added 38 points and a full stat line as the Lakers held off the Nuggets for a Game 2 win on Tuesday to take a 2-0 lead in their series with Denver.
Denver hasn't led in either game, and the Lakers appear to be on cruise control. The Nuggets cut the lead to four points with three minutes remaining, but never truly threatened the Lakers. With Dwight Howard done for the year, Bynum looks like the best center still playing in NBA games right now.

Andrew Bynum had 10 points, 13 rebounds and 10 blocks in Sunday's 103-88 Game 1 win over the Nuggets.
The 10 blocks tied a playoff record and it's the first playoff triple-double by a Laker since Magic Johnson did it in the 1991 Finals. Bynum ranked sixth in the NBA this season in blocks per game at 1.9, but this performance shows he's certainly capable of more. There's little doubt that he's a first-round pick in 2012-13 fantasy leagues.

Andrew Bynum (rest) is not expected to play in Thursday's regular season finale against the Kings.
Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol and Bynum will all be held out as the Lakers look toward the playoffs. Josh McRoberts and Jordan Hill are expected to start up front.

Andrew Bynum did not complain about his benching following Sunday's double-overtime win over the Thunder.
Bynum did not play during the fourth quarter or either overtime, finishing with just 10 points in 29 minutes. Coach Mike Brown simply rode the hot hand of Jordan Hill. "This is a team game," Bynum said afterward. "I think [Brown] made the right decision. Jordan was playing phenomenal basketball." Bynum is a good bet to bounce back in Thursday's regular-season finale.

Andrew Bynum scored 10 points on 5-of-15 shooting with eight rebounds and five blocks on Sunday, but was benched late in favor of Jordan Hill as the Lakers rallied from a huge deficit to shock the Thunder.
Bynum didn't seem to take the benching well, as he was seen moping at the end of the bench and failed to join a few of the team's huddles. But at this point, we aren't surprised by his immaturity. He should bounce back next time out, though.

Andrew Bynum will not play in the Olympics, as he's looking forward to extended rest and plans to undergo the same procedure Kobe Bryant credits with improving his knee last summer.
The Lakers have to be thrilled that their oft-injured 24-year-old center is focusing on his health. "I've got to take care of my legs in the off-season," he said. "I've got some things planned for my knees."

Andrew Bynum torched the Warriors for 31 points, nine rebounds, a steal and block as the Lakers cruised to an easy win on Wednesday.
Bynum is on fire and fully healthy, so keep running him out there the rest of the way. Despite the annoying interview attached in the link.

Andrew Bynum is over his upper respiratory infection.
Bynum was having trouble with it on Sunday against the Mavericks, but it won't be a concern moving forward. He should be locked into all lineups the rest of the way.

Mike Brown said he "wouldn't hesitate" to rest key players before the regular season ends.
Owners have to be paying attention to the standings to see if and when the Lakers lock in their seed for the playoffs. It sounds like Brown is open to giving both Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol some time off, so keep a careful eye on exactly how the Lakers fare over the next couple of games.
