EDGE Analysis
With the two assists, Monahan matched his previous career high of 62 points. The 21-year-old is finishing the season strong and has six goals and 16 points in his last 13 games dating back to March.9. Skating on the top line with Johnny Gaudreau, Monahan is a must-start in fantasy for these final few games of the season.

EDGE Analysis

Monahan is considered questionable to play in Wednesday's contest against the Jets, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.
EDGE Analysis
Monahan participated in the team's morning skate Wednesday, but previously skipped out on practice Tuesday for what was deemed a maintenance day. The undisclosed issue leaves him as a game-time call, and his status for the contest will have implications on both the top line and the power play, so it's worth monitoring the situation. If Monahan dresses, expect him to serve on the top line alongside Johnny Gaudreau and Micheal Ferland, but Freddie Hamilton was recalled on an emergency basis Wednesday as a contingency plan.

Monahan was superb Monday, scoring twice -- including the game-winner -- and collecting an assist as the Flames brought down St. Louis 7-4.
EDGE Analysis
The big center came out flying in the second period, potting two of the three Flames goals in the frame, the second of which held up as the game-winner. After a disappointing start to the season, Monahan has rattled off 10 points over his 10 games, giving him 51 in 68 games this year. All of a sudden, the 21-year-old is on a 60-point pace, so he could have an outside shot at topping last year's 62-point career-best sophomore effort.

Monahan picked up two assists in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime win over Nashville. They came just 10 seconds apart on a pair of first-period goals by Johnny Gaudreau.
EDGE Analysis
Monahan also ended up firing five shots on goal in the contest, making it a productive night for the 21-year-old. The big center now has 25 apples to go with his 21 goals and should top out somewhere in the 55-60 point range once the season wraps up in mid-April.

Monahan got back on the scoresheet Thursday with a goal and a power-play assist in a 6-3 loss to Buffalo.
EDGE Analysis
Tough luck for the Flames, who dropped their seventh straight, but Monahan has been burning brightly in a sea of darkness, averaging a point per game in that span. He'll need to pick up the pace a little to match last season's 62 points, but either way, it's hard to give Monahan much flak for Calgary's struggles this year. The 2013 No. 6 overall pick has been one of precious few Flames who fans can cheer about.

Monahan netted his 19th goal of the season and had an assist in Saturday's loss to Ottawa.
EDGE Analysis
That's a three-game point streak for Monahan, who is up to 43 points in 60 games on the season. The 21-year-old continues to center Calgary's top line and is continuing to find ways to produce depite the fact the team has lost seven of their last eight games. Monahan's consistent point production and 144 shots on goal make him an all-around fantasy stud.
