Shaw left Sunday's game with an injured right index finger, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shaw appeared to hurt his finger while diving for a ground ball. Although he managed to stay in for a bit afterwards, he eventually had to leave the game. Prior to his early exit, Shaw had gone 1-for-3 and driven a run home. Upon his exit, Jesus Aguilar entered the game.

Shaw went 3-for-5 with a three-run home run, four RBI and two runs during Saturday's win over the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
After flashing potential through his first two seasons with the Red Sox, Shaw has emerged as a go-to producer in the heart of the Milwaukee lineup to start the year. He's up to 19 runs, eight home runs, 30 RBI and three stolen bases with a .281/.319/.548 slash line and is showing no signs of slowing down. In fact, his 20.1 strikeout percentage and 34.6 hard-hit percentage are the best marks of his career.

Shaw went 2-for-5 with the game-winning, three-run home run in the 10th inning to help beat the Cardinals 7-5 on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
It was exactly the kind of performance his fantasy owners were looking for after he was held out Sunday with a swollen hand. The 27-year-old now has six home runs on the year to go along with eight doubles, 21 RBI and a .263 average in 102 plate appearances. Hitting in the heart of a surprisingly potent Brewers lineup, Shaw is relevant in all fantasy formats if he continues to produce like this.

Shaw (hand) is batting fourth and playing third base Monday against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Shaw is back in the lineup after receiving treatment on his swollen hand Sunday. The 27-year-old continues to be an impressive spark in the heart of the Brewers' lineup this season, batting .256 (23-for-90) with five homers and 18 RBI through 23 games.

Shaw (hand) received treatment on his swollen hand Sunday and expects to be back in the lineup Monday against the Cardinals, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shaw was removed from Saturday's game after being hit by a pitch on his hand and is not in the lineup for Sunday's game. It appears that Sunday's absence is simply precautionary as the third baseman expects to be ready to go Monday. He's been a reliable run-producer in the middle of the Brewers' lineup this season, driving in 18 runs during April.

Shaw (hand) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
Shaw was forced to exit Saturday's contest after being hit by a pitch on the hand in the opening inning. X-rays ultimately came back negative on the injured hand, but it looks like the team will give the third baseman the day off just to be safe. Hernan Perez will take his place in the lineup. We'll have to wait and see if Shaw will be available for Monday's game against the Cardinals.

Shaw (hand) had to leave Saturday's game against Atlanta after being hit by a pitch in the first inning. The X-rays on his right hand came back negative, The Associated Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shaw lasted until the fifth frame, but exited because he wasn't able to grip the bat properly. It wouldn't be surprising to see him sit out Sunday's series finale against the Braves. Shaw has been a nice addition for the Brewers. He sports a .256/.299/.533 slash line with 11 runs, eight doubles, five home runs, 18 RBI and two stolen bases.

Shaw went 2-for-5 with a run scored and a stolen base in Wednesday's victory over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Shaw's batting averaged dipped to .243 prior to a day off Monday, but five hits in the two games since has brought that mark back up to .274. He has taken advantage of the hitters in front of him in the batting order getting on base frequently early this season and is currently tied for 10th in the NL with 18 RBI.

Shaw is not in Monday's lineup against the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Considering that the Brewers are facing a lefty in Amir Garrett, it makes sense why the left-handed-hitting Shaw was given the day off in favor of Hernan Perez. He is a good bet to return to the hot corner when Milwaukee faces off against Scott Feldman on Tuesday.
