Shaw was forced to exit Saturday's contest after being hit by a pitch on the hand in the opening inning. X-rays ultimately came back negative on the injured hand, but it looks like the team will give the third baseman the day off just to be safe. Hernan Perez will take his place in the lineup. We'll have to wait and see if Shaw will be available for Monday's game against the Cardinals.
