Trout recorded four hits, including his sixth home run, a stolen base and three RBI in Monday's loss to the Brewers
EDGE Analysis
So much for Trout's slow start. With this performance, Trout has his batting line up to .313/.396/.563, just shades off his 2015 marks (.299/.402/.590) and comparable to his 2014 numbers (.287/.377/.561). His .313 batting average is his best since he hit .323 in 2013. It will be tough for Trout to maintain such a mark with his 23.4 percent strikeout rate, but if anybody hits the ball hard enough to do so, it's Trout.

Trout went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Wednesday's win over the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
He's settled into a nice little homer rhythm of late, with long balls staggered in every other game over the last seven accounting for four of his five on the year. Trout's also got an eight-game hitting streak going, pulling his numbers back up to typical levels after a slow opening to 2016. Expect yet another big-time campaign from the superstar center fielder.

Trout homered, his fourth, in Monday's win over the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
Trout now has three home runs in the past five games. It took a while for Trout's power to show up, but he has increased his slugging percentage from .370 on April 20 to .529 after Monday's action. Trout now has a .934 OPS and is looking like his usual self through 20 games.

Trout went 2-for-3 with a double, a two-run home run and a walk in Saturday's win over the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
Trout entered the game with an excellent track record versus Felix Hernandez, and he kept up that trend by putting his team ahead for good with a sixth-inning blast to center. Trout is clearly heating up at the plate, with a .615 average, four extra-base hits and four RBI over his last four games, and he appears to be taking the next step after a relatively slow start.

Trout went 2-for-2 with a homer and two walks Thursday in a 3-2 win over the White Sox.
EDGE Analysis
With this following a 3-for-4 performance Wednesday, Trout's now been on base in seven of his last eight plate appearances. That's great for his fantasy owners to see, and they can also hang their hats on the fact that Trout's career OPS in April (.868 entering Thursday's action) is his lowest mark of any month. No need to worry about his slow start to the season.

Trout went 3-for-5 with a double and scored three runs in Wednesday's win over the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
After a slow start to the season, the 24-year-old rebounded with a nice series against the A's. In the three-game sweep of their division rivals, Trout went 4-for-12 with a double, home run, walk, two RBI, four runs and a stolen base. He'll look to keep things rolling in a weekend series against the Twins at Target Field, a place the outfielder smashed three home runs and logged an .867 slugging percentage in 15 at-bats last season.

Trout went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and a walk Monday in Oakland.
EDGE Analysis
Trout's home run was his first of the season, as the 2014 AL MVP had been off to a slow start. He's starting to turn that around, with all four of his RBI coming in the last two games after the 24-year-old failed to accrue any in his first five appearances.

Trout went 2-for-4 and drew a walk in Thursday's win over the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
After failing to get on base in his first two games, Trout picked up his first hits of the season. As the centerpiece of the franchise, fans of the Angels are breathing a sigh of relief upon seeing the 2014 MVP displaying the skillset that they hope will put the Angels in the playoff conversation later this season. However, Trout isn't the only player that will need to improve his numbers, as the Angels' offense has been relatively stagnant through the start of the season.

Trout (illness) is back in the lineup for Saturday's Freeway Series finale against the Dodgers, batting third, Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
After being held out of the lineup for two straight days due to a stomach virus, Trout will draw back into the lineup for a tuneup game against the Dodgers. He'll take back his usual spot in the order and he'll play center field as well. The 2014 AL MVP had another tremendous spring, slashing .388/.466/.735 with four home runs, 15 RBI, and only five strikeouts against eight walks.
