Trout went 2-for-4 with a homer, two runs and three RBI in Tuesday's game against the Rockies.
He also donned an elbow guard in his final three at-bats after getting hit on the left elbow in the top of the first. Trout said this was the third time in the last two weeks that he has been hit on the elbow as pitchers try to come inside on him. The guard may be a permanent fixture for Trout going forward, as he homered in his first at-bat after donning it.

Trout went 3-for-4 with a solo homer in Friday's 3-1 loss to Seattle.
The Angels didn't muster much in the way of offense against Taijuan Walker and the Mariners, as Trout was responsible for a third of the team's hits and all the scoring on the evening. He's been everything fantasy owners could ask for hitting-wise, but it appears that hitting in the three-hole has put a major damper on Trout's running game, as he's attempted only one steal in 13 games as the No. 3 hitter.

Trout went 3-for-3 with a homer, a walk, and two runs scored in a win over the A's on Friday.
Trout now has six homers in just 39 at-bats this month, after hitting seven in 114 at-bats in May. Trout seems to be getting less attention in the Media these days due to the breakout season of Nationals' outfielder Bryce Harper, but he is looking like an early AL MVP candidate once again, having tallied a .301 batting average with 18 homers, eight stolen bases and a .975 OPS in 61 games.

Trout went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Yankees on Sunday.
The home-run binge continues for Trout, who now has five homers in his last eight games. It's a bit surprising that the the 23-year-old hasn't had a multi-hit game since May 27, but that is likely of little concern to owners as long as the power keeps flowing.Trout has notched 16 home runs and a .561 slugging percentage in 57 games.

Trout went 1-for-3 with a solo homer, a walk and two runs scored Saturday against Detroit.
He hit one of the Angels' five bombs off Tigers starter Shane Greene. He struggled through the first half of May, seeing his average fall from .329 at the end of April to a low point of .280 on May 19, but his 1-for-4 performance that day sparked a new hot streak -- he's hit safely 11 times in 12 games, pulling his average up to .296.

Trout's numbers have been somewhat down this month (.272, 11 RBI) after batting .329 to begin the year in April. He's still hitting .297 with 11 homers for the season, but he hasn't hit one out since May 20 in Toronto.

Trout went 2-for-3 with a homer, two walks and three runs scored Wednesday against Toronto.
He's been lagging a little, so it's nice to see Trout get back on the horse with a bust-out game, getting on base four times. Trout has cut his strikeout rate significantly from last year, but is still suffering from a .313 BABIP -- high for a normal hitter, but low by Trout's standards, as his career BABIP is .357. That in mind, it wouldn't be surprising in the least to see him push his average back over .300 before long, all while providing plenty of homers and steals.
