Trout went 3-for-5 with his 13th home run of the season Wednesday against the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
Entering the game, Trout had just three hits in June -- he doubled that Wednesday with his 18th multi-hit performance of the season. There's only so many words that can be used to describe his excellence, and he's practically used them all up in the season's first couple of months. The sixth-year man out of New Jersey should have no problem smashing 30-plus homers, notching 100-plus RBI and scoring 100-plus runs this year.

Trout was 2-for-3 with a pair of walks, a run scored, and an RBI in the Angels dismantling of the Pirates on Friday night.
EDGE Analysis
On base four times (he was lifted late with the game decided) Trout continues his punishment of opposing pitchers and is now hitting .318 with 41 RBI on the season. If the Pirates were looking for a positive takeaway, at least they kept him in the yard.

Trout went 2-for-3 with two walks and a three-run homer in Tuesday's 11-9 victory over the Tigers.
EDGE Analysis
The sixth-year center fielder had a ridiculous second month of the season, going 36-for-106 (.340) while putting up a 1.059 OPS. Trout knocked seven home runs while notching 27 RBI and scoring 26 times in May. What's most exciting for owners is that history would suggest Trout is just getting started. Over the past three seasons, June and July have been his best months, respectively averaging .346 and .330.

Trout went 1-for-4 with an RBI, a run, three walks and a strikeout Sunday against the Astros. He also stole his sixth base of the campaign.
EDGE Analysis
Trout continues to be catalyst in the Angels' lineup, and he got on base four more times to boost his OBP to a healthy .414 this year. He's hit safely in nine of the past 10 games, and he has stolen three bases to go along with a .306/.435/.556 and five extra-base hits line over that span.

Trout went 1-for-2 with a double, three RBI, a run and two walks Friday against the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
The 24-year-old outfielder had another complete effort for the Angels, filling out the stat-sheet and creating havoc both at the plate and on the bases. Trout has gone .333 with two home runs and eight RBI over his past 10 games, and he's hit safely in eight of his past nine contests.

Trout is back in the lineup for Monday's game against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Trout left Sunday's game as a precautionary measure after rolling his ankle, but he is back in the lineup and it appears to have been nothing serious. The 24-year-old is hitting .321 with 10 home runs, 31 RBI, and 31 runs through 44 games.

Trout rolled his ankle in the third inning against the Orioles, and was removed from the game as a precautionary measure, Pedro Moura of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Trout's removal still makes him day-to-day, but this update is a good sign that he'll be back sooner than later. Trout went two for three despite missing most of the game, and also drew one walk.

Trout went 3-for-4 with a walk and a solo homer while scoring three times in Wednesday's 8-1 win against the Dodgers.
EDGE Analysis
After hitting "just" .291 in April, Trout is now 23-for-64 (.359) through 16 contests in May. The guy is pretty much awesome in every aspect of the game and only seems to be getting better. His .247 ISO, .375 BABIP and 75-percent contact rate are all above his career averages.

Trout went 2-for-5 with a solo homer and two runs Saturday at the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
Trout's eighth homer of the year gave the Angels a four-run lead in a game they'd eventually win. He's now collected hits in 10 of his 12 May contests to bring his batting average to .306.
