Tillman (10-1) had his worst start of the year, allowing six runs on 10 hits over five innings in a no-decision against the Rays on Saturday night. He also struck out two and walked two.
EDGE Analysis
The six runs were the most Tillman has allowed and the two strikeouts were his fewest in a game since April 14. Tillman has allowed 10 runs in his last 10 innings, but he hasn't lost either start because the Orioles offense averaged 9.5 runs. Baltimore has lost just two games Tillman has started this year, but run support has been a big reason why, as the Orioles are averaging 5.7 runs per game over his last 10 outings. Tillman is 10-1 with a 3.52 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 88 strikeouts in 94.2 innings. His next start will be Thursday against the Mariners.

Tillman (10-1) got plenty of run support in Sunday's win over the Blue Jays, allowing four runs on five hits (including two home runs) in just five innings while striking out four.
EDGE Analysis
It was hardly his sharpest outing of the year, but Tillman left the game with an 8-4 lead after needing 99 pitches to get through five innings. He's now given up at least four runs in three of his last five starts, pushing his ERA up to 3.11 on the season. He'll aim for a more efficient performance when he takes the mound in the nightcap of Saturday's home doubleheader against the Rays.

Tillman (9-1) allowed just one run on five hits and two walks with seven strikeouts over seven innings in Tuesday's win over the Red Sox.
EDGE Analysis
The only damage against Tillman came on a seventh inning Jackie Bradley home run. He gave Baltimore an ace performance, as he saved the bullpen with a 120-pitch effort, which included 11 swinging strikes and 14 first-pitch strikes to 27 batters. Tillman has gone at least six innings in 10 of his last 11 starts and has been particularly sharp of late, with 16 strikeouts against just two walks and one run allowed in his past two outings. He has been one of the most consistent pitcher in the AL this season and he has a 2.87 ERA to show for it.

Tillman (8-1) struck out nine Royals while scattering eight hits over 7.1 shutout frames in Wednesday's 4-0 win.
EDGE Analysis
Tillman had hit the skids over his last two games, giving up a whopping six homers after he'd allowed just three in his first 10 starts, but he recovered and delivered his first walk-free start of the year. The 28-year-old righty was truly in the zone, throwing 81 of his 110 pitches for strikes, and the typically contact-heavy Royals were whiffing all evening while failing to get a runner past second base. Although Tillman's peripherals suggest that his ERA is likelier to end up in the mid-to-high threes rather than its current 3.01 mark, he's outpitched them before and may well do so again this year.

Tillman gave up four runs on four hits, including three homers, and three walks over six innings Sunday against the Indians. Despite the pedestrian numbers, he improved to 7-1 thanks to getting five runs of support while still in the game.
EDGE Analysis
The three homers allowed doubled his total to six on the season. That low number is one of the reasons why he has a 2.92 ERA for the year. He missed fewer bats than usual Sunday, striking out just three.

Tillman allowed two runs on just three hits and three walks with five strikeouts over seven innings in a no-decision Tuesday against Houston.
EDGE Analysis
Tillman cruised other than a fifth inning two-run homer from Luis Valbuena. Despite the hiccup, Tillman remains on an excellent run. This marks his seventh consecutive quality start, and he has 51 strikeouts in just 46.1 innings in that span. Tillman induced 11 swinging strikeouts Tuesday night and is looking as nasty as ever this season.

Tillman (6-1) won his fifth straight start with another solid performance against his former team, beating the Mariners 5-2 on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Tillman was drafted by Seattle in 2006 and traded to Baltimore two years later with Adam Jones for Erik Bedard. Since then, he has gone 7-0 in nine career starts against Seattle. In what is becoming a familiar sight this season, the Orioles' Opening Day starter fired 6.1 solid innings in his 109-pitch outing. Tillman has posted six consecutive quality starts, posting a 2.61 ERA through nine games. His next start will be Tuesday at the Astros.

Tillman tossed seven shutout innings against the Tigers, allowing five hits, walking two and striking seven in a 1-0 win Friday night.
EDGE Analysis
Tillman (5-1) has been on his game of late. This makes four wins in a row, and five quality starts, and he was even reasonably efficient. He tossed 107 pitches (70 for strikes) including 17 first pitch strikes as he kept the Tigers off balance all night. He'll try to keep the ball rolling when he takes on Seattle in Camden Yards next time out.

Tillman (4-1) won his third straight game Sunday, allowing three runs on six hits and four walks over 6.1 innings while striking out seven.
EDGE Analysis
The walks are starting to pile up for Tillman but so far it hasn't impacted his results, as he's reeled off four straight quality starts with a 2.08 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 29:13 K:BB in 26 innings over that stretch. He'll next take the bump Friday, at home against the Tigers.

Tillman (3-1) tossed seven innings, allowing one run on five hits while walking four and matching his career high with nine strikeouts in Tuesday's win against the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
Before a disastrous 2015, Tillman was regarded as one of the better pitchers in the AL. Six starts into this season, he looks more like his old self and well on track to rebound from last year. Tillman sports a 2.81 ERA and 1.13 WHIP (both well below his career averages) and has allowed two runs or fewer in five of his six starts. Considering his struggles last season, the 28-year-old ace of the Orioles staff may have been passed over in drafts this year. If he's still on the wire, it probably won't last much longer.
