Tillman (10-1) got plenty of run support in Sunday's win over the Blue Jays, allowing four runs on five hits (including two home runs) in just five innings while striking out four.
EDGE Analysis
It was hardly his sharpest outing of the year, but Tillman left the game with an 8-4 lead after needing 99 pitches to get through five innings. He's now given up at least four runs in three of his last five starts, pushing his ERA up to 3.11 on the season. He'll aim for a more efficient performance when he takes the mound in the nightcap of Saturday's home doubleheader against the Rays.
