EDGE Analysis
Tillman was drafted by Seattle in 2006 and traded to Baltimore two years later with Adam Jones for Erik Bedard. Since then, he has gone 7-0 in nine career starts against Seattle. In what is becoming a familiar sight this season, the Orioles' Opening Day starter fired 6.1 solid innings in his 109-pitch outing. Tillman has posted six consecutive quality starts, posting a 2.61 ERA through nine games. His next start will be Tuesday at the Astros.
