Mason will be between the pipes in Saturday's game against the Rangers, NHL.com's Bill Meltzer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mason has played pretty well of late, compiling a 2-0-0 record with a 2.51 GAA and .931 save percentage in his last two appearances. The former third-round pick will look to earn a third consecutive win Saturday in a decent home matchup with a Rangers club averaging 2.36 goals per game on the road this season, 17th in the NHL.

Mason faced more than twice as many shots as opposing goalie Pekka Rinne on Thursday -- 40-19 -- but stopped 37 and took home a 6-3 win.
EDGE Analysis
He can thank the Flyers' improving offense for putting up numbers that made Rinne put up numbers reminiscent of his performance in last weekend's 3-on-3 All-Star Game. That said, the Flyers can thank Mason too, as he's finally been justifying his No. 1 netminder status lately, having posted eight consecutive outings with a save mark of .911 or better. With only Anthony Stolarz (who's been mediocre in the AHL) to back him up while Michal Neuvirth (lower body) is on IR, Mason should be starting on an essentially every-game basis for the near future.

Mason will be between the pipes in Thursday's game against the Predators, Sam Carchidi of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mason was sharp in his last outing, stopping 30 of 32 shots en route to a 4-2 win over the Canadiens on Tuesday. He'll look to earn his 12th win of the season Thursday in a tough matchup with a Nashville club that has won four of its last five games.

Mason made 30 saves on 32 shots Tuesday against Montreal, coming away with a 4-2 win to snap a three-game losing skid.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old Mason hadn't played badly in the course of losing three straight starts prior to the All-Star break, but he was excellent in this one. The Flyers will need him to maintain that sort of success moving forward, particularly with Michal Neuvirth (lower body) out a week or more. Mason has been roundly outplayed by his backup this year, but he has an opportunity right now to get himself on firmer footing as the No. 1 netminder.

Mason (lower body) will be between the pipes in Tuesday's game against the Canadiens, NHL.com's Adam Kimelman reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mason missed Wednesday's game against Washington with a lower-body injury, but was apparently able to overcome the ailment during the recent NHL All-Star break. The 27-year-old netminder has struggled of late, posting an 0-2-0 record with a 3.53 GAA and .912 save percentage in his last two appearances. He'll look to get back on track Tuesday in a favorable matchup with a slumping Montreal club that has lost seven of its last eight games.

Mason (lower body) is expected to start in net Tuesday against Montreal, Tim Panaccio of CSN Philadelphia reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mason practiced again Monday and is expected to play Tuesday although he is still recovering from a nagging lower-body injury. The 27-year-old netminder has compiled a 10-12-6 record this season with a .914 save percentage and 2.72 GAA through 29 contests. Mason draws a Canadiens team that has struggled mightily as of late, dropping seven of their last eight contests.

Mason (lower body) hopes to be available for Tuesday's game against the Canadiens, Sam Carchidi of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 2016 NHL All-Star weekend -- scheduled for Jan. 30-31 -- affords Mason some extra time to heal from a lower-body ailment that caused him to miss a game against the Capitals on Wednesday. In related news, insurance goalie Jason LaBarbera reportedly headed back to the minors Thursday.

Mason will not play Wednesday against the Capitals due to a lower-body injury.
EDGE Analysis
Mason skipped practice both Monday and Tuesday with what were deemed maintenance days, but his absence Wednesday certainly suggests he missed because of something more than that. He did return to the ice for practice Wednesday morning, but will still skip the evening's contest. Michal Neuvirth will receive the start in net Wednesday in his place, while the Flyers recalled Jason LaBarbera on emergency conditions to back him up. Given the impending break, there's a good chance Mason will be good to go for the team's next game Feb. 2 against the Canadiens.

Mason turned aside 41 of 45 shots in Thursday's 3-4 loss to Pittsburgh.
EDGE Analysis
Mason has now lost three straight games and has allowed three or more goals in six of his last ten starts. However, the Ontario native's defense has left him out to dry and has allowed well over 30 shots in eight of those games. Despite strong performances from backup Michal Neuvrith this season, expect the Flyers to stick with Mason in net for now.

Mason will get the start Thursday against the Penguins, Sam Carchidi of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mason will look to end a two-game losing streak against a struggling Pittsburgh squad that has dropped five of their last eight contests. The netminder has found wins hard to come by, however, posting a 10-11-6 record this season.
