Neuvirth will start in goal Thursday night, fielding shots from the Oilers at home, Sam Carchidi of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Flyers are showing a lot of confidence in Neuvy, as he's about to make his seventh start in the past eight games. It's tough to argue against his 9-2-2 home record, which is complemented by a skinny 2.02 GAA. We like his chances to put down an Edmonton team ranked 26th in the league by averaging only 2.37 goals per contest.

Neuvirth was victorious Monday, turning aside 29 of 32 shots in a 5-3 win over the visiting Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Neuvirth has now emerged the winner in three straight starts -- all at home -- and in five of his last seven dating back to Feb. 16. He's allowed more than two goals just twice during that span and has given the Flyers a chance to win on a near-nightly basis, something he'll need to keep doing if they hope to somehow claw their way into the postseason. All in all, the Czech netminder is 16-7-4 with a 2.22 GAA and .927 save percentage this year.

Neuvirth will start in goal Monday night against the visiting Flames, Sam Carchiddi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
As noted by Carchidi, Neuvirth is set for his sixth start in the past seven games. He's fashioned a 2.35 GAA and .909 save percentage in February for a Flyers team currently chasing the Penguins for the second wild-card playoff spot out of the Eastern Conference.

Neuvirth turned away 29 of 31 shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Coyotes.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old netminder has pulled off two straight wins, allowing only two goals in both outings to align with his 2.19 GAA average on the season. Neuvirth is starting to make noise for the Flyers, which could award him with a few more starts over the struggling Steve Mason. It's worth keeping an eye on the situation as it plays out.

Neuvirth will be in the crease in Saturday's home game against the Coyotes, NHL.com's Adam Kimelman reports.
EDGE Analysis
Neuvirth was pretty sharp in his last outing, stopping 24 of 26 shots en route to a 3-2 win over the Wild on Thursday. The 27-year-old netminder will look to pick up his 15th win of the season Saturday in a favorable home matchup with an Arizona club that has lost four consecutive games, failing to score more than two goals in three of those defeats.

Neuvirth stopped 24 of 26 shots Thursday in a 3-2 home victory over Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
The Czech "backup" has had an outstanding first year in Philadelphia overall, but he's been particularly sharp at home, where he's 7-2-2 with a .932 save mark. Neuvirth has now started four of the Flyers' last five games, taking advantage of a few subpar outings and some cramping on the part of ostensible No. 1 netminder Steve Mason. It'll certainly be interesting to see who gets tapped on the pads when the Coyotes come to town Saturday.

Neuvirth will work between the pipes Thursday as the home starter against the Wild, Dave Isaac of the Courier-Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
There was wide speculation that Neuvirth would defer to Steve Mason in this contest after the former coughed up three goals on 21 shots versus the Hurricanes as recently as Tuesday night, but evidently that won't be the case. Neuvy will look to stymie a Minnesota team that is 4-1-0 under interim coach John Torchetti.

Neuvirth faced just 21 shots, but allowed three goals during Tuesday's 3-1 loss at Carolina.
EDGE Analysis
Neuvirth had been playing well recently, with wins in three of his last five games, but really struggled against a Carolina team that had averaged 3.40 goals per game in its last five contests. Carolina didn't pepper the veteran netminder with a ton of shots, but Neuvirth was unable to make the most of his opportunities. It was just an overall bad showing for the Flyers, a team that was unbeaten in the three previous games against the Hurricanes.

Neuvirth will draw a road start against the Hurricanes on Tuesday, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Neuvirth has been a model for consistency, letting in more than three goals in a game just one time this campaign. He's also laughed in the face of adversity, maintaining a sharp 2.17 GAA and .930 save percentage despite having been unavailable for seven games due to upper- and lower-body injuries at various parts of the season. He's an attractive fantasy play Tuesday, considering the Flyers haven't lost to the Hurricanes through three tries and rookie defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere is on a 15-game points streak and seemingly cannot be stopped.

Neuvirth picked up the win over Toronto on Saturday in relief of starter Steve Mason, who left for unknown reasons. He stopped nine of 10 shots.
EDGE Analysis
He entered the game with the scored tied and the Flyers ended up winning in overtime. There's no word yet on Mason's malady, so Neuvirth may end up with a few more starts if there's something wrong with the southpaw.
