Perry scored the game's first goal, potted the game-tying goal with 4:08 remaining in the third period, and notched the primary assist on Ryan Getzlaf's overtime winner Tuesday against Carolina. After being held off the scoresheet for a couple games, Perry's bounced back with four points over his last two. He's just barely short of a point-per-game pace, but injury and illness cost him 15 games earlier this year, so this won't be another 80-point campaign.

Perry chipped in two assists, two PIM and finished with a plus-3 rating in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Flames. Perry seemed to be a bit rusty initially upon his return from a knee injury on New Year's Eve, but he now looks to be fully dialed in. Over his last four games, he's compiled four goals and three assists while going plus-9. If not for the knee injury and a bout with the mumps in November, Perry would find himself near the top of the NHL leaderboard in goals, as his 0.59 tallies per game rank behind only Rick Nash and Tyler Seguin this season.

Perry sniped three goals -- one on an empty net -- for his eighth career hat trick in a 4-0 win over the visiting Maple Leafs. He's officially back. After a 10-game absence due to a knee injury, Perry had been uncharacteristically unproductive in his first five games back, notching just two points while skating to a minus-5 rating. However, with 13 shots in the last two games and Wednesday's three-goal outburst, he appears to be rounding back into form. Keep him active at all times.

Perry (knee) returned to action Wednesday against the Sharks. He had missed 10 games with the injury. He picked up a minor penalty for roughing and fired three shots on net. Get him back into your lineup STAT.

Perry participated in pregame warmups Wednesday, and will likely be available for the evening tilt against the Sharks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Perry was activated from IR Wednesday, and although he hasn't seen the ice since Dec. 5, his early season production (22 points in 23 games) makes him worth an immediate start in most formats.

Perry (knee) was activated from injured reserve Wednesday. Coach Bruce Boudreau hasn't yet provided commentary on the transaction, but it's a likely sign that Perry will return to the lineup Wednesday against the Sharks, marking his first game since Dec. 5. The knee injury along with a nasty battle with the mumps have resulted in extended absences for Perry, but he's been exceptionally productive when in the lineup. Next to Ryan Getzlaf on the top line, Perry has netted 14 goals and 22 points in 23 games, numbers strong enough to warrant an immediate activation in any format.

Perry (knee) is viewed as questionable for Wednesday's tilt with the Sharks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. After skating on his own for the previous week, Perry resumed practicing with the team Monday and looks like he's nearing the finish line of his recovery from the injury. Coach Bruce Boudreau and the training staff will assess Perry's condition at Wednesday's morning skate, and if all goes well, the winger would likely be cleared to see his first action since Dec. 5. Perry's return would bump Devante Smith-Pelly off the Ducks' top line.

Perry (knee) took part in the team's practice Monday, Elliott Teaford of the Los Angeles News Group reports. Perry hasn't played since Dec. 5, but looks like he might be able to get back in the lineup Wednesday against the Sharks. The winger racked up 14 goals and eight assists in 23 games before getting hurt.

Perry (knee) is not expected to play Sunday against the Canucks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. While Perry has been skating on his own for over a week, he did not travel with the team to Arizona for Saturday's game and it doesn't sound like he'll be ready to play Sunday when the Ducks host the Canucks. Perry has been out since Dec. 5 with a sprained left knee.

Perry (knee) was not part of the line rushes in practice Sunday, and is won't likely be ready for Monday's game against the Sharks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Perry will have to be activated from injured reserve before returning, but that still hasn't been eliminated as an option. If he can't go, Perry's next chance to return will come after the Christmas break.
