Perry (knee) was activated from injured reserve Wednesday. Coach Bruce Boudreau hasn't yet provided commentary on the transaction, but it's a likely sign that Perry will return to the lineup Wednesday against the Sharks, marking his first game since Dec. 5. The knee injury along with a nasty battle with the mumps have resulted in extended absences for Perry, but he's been exceptionally productive when in the lineup. Next to Ryan Getzlaf on the top line, Perry has netted 14 goals and 22 points in 23 games, numbers strong enough to warrant an immediate activation in any format.

Perry (knee) is viewed as questionable for Wednesday's tilt with the Sharks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. After skating on his own for the previous week, Perry resumed practicing with the team Monday and looks like he's nearing the finish line of his recovery from the injury. Coach Bruce Boudreau and the training staff will assess Perry's condition at Wednesday's morning skate, and if all goes well, the winger would likely be cleared to see his first action since Dec. 5. Perry's return would bump Devante Smith-Pelly off the Ducks' top line.

Perry (knee) took part in the team's practice Monday, Elliott Teaford of the Los Angeles News Group reports. Perry hasn't played since Dec. 5, but looks like he might be able to get back in the lineup Wednesday against the Sharks. The winger racked up 14 goals and eight assists in 23 games before getting hurt.

Perry (knee) is not expected to play Sunday against the Canucks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. While Perry has been skating on his own for over a week, he did not travel with the team to Arizona for Saturday's game and it doesn't sound like he'll be ready to play Sunday when the Ducks host the Canucks. Perry has been out since Dec. 5 with a sprained left knee.

Perry (knee) was not part of the line rushes in practice Sunday, and is won't likely be ready for Monday's game against the Sharks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Perry will have to be activated from injured reserve before returning, but that still hasn't been eliminated as an option. If he can't go, Perry's next chance to return will come after the Christmas break.

Perry (knee) skated on his own back in Anaheim on Wednesday, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Perry isn't traveling with the Ducks on their road trip while he remains more than a few days away from playing, but his return to the ice does offer hope that he's coming close to the end of his recovery timetable. If he demonstrates strong progress over the next few days, he could be activated in time for next Monday's home game against the Sharks. Otherwise, his return wouldn't come until after the Christmas break.

Perry will miss three-to-four weeks due to a sprained left knee, Janis Carr of the Orange County Register reports. The Ducks wasted no time in placing Perry on injured reserve Monday after assessing his condition during an evaluation earlier in the day. The setback is a troubling development for Perry, considering his injury was initially categorized as a minor knee ailment when we was forced out of Friday's game. The Ducks will now be without their top sniper through at least the New Year, perhaps creating the opportunity for Kyle Palmieri, Jakob Silfverberg or Devante Smith-Pelly to emerge as Ryan Getzlaf's right-hand man on the top line.

Perry (knee) was placed on injured reserve Monday. The Ducks aren't expected to provide an update on the extent of Perry's injury until Tuesday, but the placement on IR ensures that he won't be eligible to return until Saturday, meaning he'll miss at least the team's next two games. Fantasy owners can only wait and hope that the Ducks' next status update on Perry doesn't extend his timetable much further than that.

Perry (knee) will be re-evaluated when the Ducks return home, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Perry can safely be ruled out for Sunday's game against Winnipeg in light of this news. While Perry, who suffered the knee injury Friday, is currently without a timetable for a return, his evaluation early next week should yield an estimate for his recovery period.

Perry suffered a minor knee injury in Friday's game, but will continue to travel with the team, Helene Elliot of the Los Angeles Times reports. The fact that he will travel with the team to Winnipeg suggests he could take the ice in the very near future. Consider him day-to-day.
