Perry scored a goal on five shots Wednesday against the Lightning, skating just 15:35 in the loss.
EDGE Analysis
All nine of Perry's goals have come in the last 15 games, yet the 30-year-old forward has inexplicably played less than 17 minutes in six of the last seven games. Perry's strong all-around performance in this one shows that he's still dangerous regardless of how much ice time he gets, but it's surprising that the offensively-challenged Ducks don't play their most established scorer more considering he's averaged over 18 minutes per game for each of the last seven seasons.

Perry scored his eighth of the season in Monday's 4-0 win over the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
His goal around the midway mark of the third helped to seal a victory for his team at home, their sixth of the season at Honda Center. After going goalless throughout the month of October, Perry now has eight goals and six assists in 14 games in November, numbers we're more accustomed to seeing from the former Hart Trophy winner. Now that his early season slump is officially over, use Perry as you normally would.

Perry scored twice on the power play and added an assist in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Perry squeaked the first goal five-hole past Karri Ramo and was sprung on a breakaway by Ryan Getzlaf for the game-winning goal in the third period. After going all of October without a goal, the former MVP has seven goals in November. Still, the Ducks have been inconsistent and Perry's production has come in bunches this season. He finished plus-2 with six shots on goal in 16:42.

Perry put the puck into the net Friday night, but the Ducks were saddled with a 4-1 loss to the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
Perry was relentless in his quest to score Friday, poking the puck out of a large crowd of defenders and firing one home after his first attempt was blocked. It's that kind of effort that needs to continue for Perry, as the Ducks have been inept offensively this season. In fact, Anaheim has only scored 29 goals in 17 games, the lowest in the NHL -- Perry has five of those scores.

Perry doubled his season total in goals with a pair of tallies against the Oilers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
The former Rocket Richard trophy winner has struggled this season, but his second multi-point performance in the last four games certainly offers hope for the future. Perry now has 300 NHL goals to his name, and he's certainly not done despite his early-season struggles.

Perry scored the only goal of the game Saturday against the Sharks.
EDGE Analysis
That's a three-game point streak for Perry, who has compiled two goals and three assists in that span. The 30-year-old is heating up after a slow start and should be in your lineup every game on an Anaheim team that has won four straight games.

Perry notched three assists in Friday's win over the Blue Jackets.
EDGE Analysis
Perry benefited from the return of Ryan Getzlaf, who also had three assists Friday. Perry now has a goal and six points in his last five games after getting off to a slow start his season. The feisty 30-year-old has recorded at least two PIM in five straight games and appears to be hitting his stride on offense. Now that Getzlaf is back and the Ducks are riding a three-game winning streak, look for Perry to really take off.

Perry made his first goal of the year a clutch one, scoring on the power play with six seconds left to tie the Panthers on Wednesday in a game the Ducks would go on to win in a shootout.
EDGE Analysis
Finally. Generally a hyper-reliable source of goals and points, it took Perry until a 6-on-4 advantage in the waning moments of the 12th game of the year, when the puck bounced to him off a deflection and he made no mistake firing it home. Perry's horrible start has been one of the big storylines in the first month of the season, but with three points in the last four games now, he's starting to put it behind him.

Perry got an assist in Tuesday's loss to Dallas, but has yet to score a goal in nine games so far this season.
EDGE Analysis
It wasn't too long ago when Perry scored 50 goals in a season, so for the former MVP to go nine games without a score is pretty unexpected. Perry isn't the only one struggling, as his long-time linemate Ryan Getzlaf is also off to a rough start. Perry is one of the most talented scoring forwards in the league, so there's no need to do anything drastic. It would be wise to give Anaheim some time to get things together before giving up on Perry this season.

Perry assisted on Rickard Rakell's late first period score in Sunday's win over the Wild.
EDGE Analysis
Perry finally recorded his first point of the season, something that must have been weighing heavily on the mind of all Ducks fans given Anaheim's complete inability to generate offence early in the season. After the early season experiment of separating Perry and longtime linemate Ryan Getzlaf failed miserably, the two are back together on the team's top line with team newbie Carl Hagelin. Look for Perry to get his usual scoring touch back as the Ducks begin to gain some momentum through the early part of the season.
