Vincent Brown will start opposite Vincent Jackson against a Bears defense that has shut down opposing aerial attacks since inserting Major Wright and Chris Conte at safety. With McNeill, Vasquez, and Kris Dielman out, the Bolts' offensive line is in shambles against a strong Bears front seven.

Even if Floyd is surprisingly active Thursday, he won't be a fantasy option.
