Malcom Floyd (hip) was again absent from Chargers practice Thursday. Barring a surprise return to full practice on Friday, Floyd won't be active against the Bears. Slated to make another start opposite Vincent Jackson in Floyd's absence, Vincent Brown is Rotoworld's 33rd ranked receiver for Week 11.
