Malcom Floyd (hip) missed a third straight practice Friday and is not expected to play against the Bears in Week 11. Rookie Vincent Brown, who led San Diego in Week 10 targets, will get the nod at Soldier Field. Chicago has played shutdown pass defense recently, but Brown could rack up 5-7 receptions as Philip Rivers' outlet receiver. Floyd has appeared in seven games this season, being "limited" in the majority of them. He's barely worth holding out hope for in 10- and 12-team fantasy leagues.
