According to the Nashville Tennessean's Jim Wyatt, "indications are" Jake Locker's right foot injury could be season ending. A source tells Wyatt the Titans fear a Lisfranc injury and surgery "is a possibility." If so, it'll end another up-and-down tease of a season for Locker, who is now a third-year pro. He's been maddeningly streaky dating back to his days at the University of Washington and continued that trend into 2013. An MRI will likely be performed either late Sunday or Monday. Ryan Fitzpatrick is expected to be Tennessee's quarterback the rest of the way.

Jake Locker exited Sunday's Week 10 game with a second-quarter injury to his right foot. Ryan Fitzpatrick has come on. Locker's gait en route to the locker room reminded us of Jay Cutler's in Week 7, meaning it wasn't pretty. Locker appears extremely doubtful to return.

Jake Locker completed 13-of-22 passes for 185 yards and two interceptions, and rushed three times for ten yards and a score. He took four sacks, missed open receivers, and still saved fantasy owners with a five-yard rushing touchdown to turn a true clunker into a passable day. Locker faces the Jaguars' porous defense in Week 10, and we'd still view him as a viable QB1 streamer due to the opponent. Locker is an incredibly streaky player, and that's the kind of get-well matchup that could get him hot.

Jake Locker (knee, hip) said he's now moving far better than he did prior to the Week 8 bye. Locker made a surprising and effective early return from his hip and MCL in Week 7, throwing for 326 yards with two touchdowns and running for 29 yards against the 49ers. Now he's had the bye week to heal and gets to face a Rams defense that is coming off an emotional loss to the Seahawks and playing on a short week. Locker is one of the stronger QB2 plays around right now. His mobility is a major asset.

Jake Locker (hip) is active and will start Sunday's Week 7 game against the 49ers. Locker made quite the recovery. After injuring his hip in Week 4, it was initially thought he would miss close to two months. Instead, Locker missed two starts and the Titans went 0-2 with Ryan Fitzpatrick under center. Inactive for the Titans are OLB Zaviar Gooden, MLB Moise Fokou, T Byron Stingily, QB Rusty Smith, LB Patrick Bailey, C Rob Turner, and DE Derrick Morgan.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Titans expect Jake Locker (hip) to start Sunday's Week 7 game against the 49ers. This comes as a surprise. Locker was listed as questionable on the injury report after getting in limited practices this week. However, beat writers observed Locker with a noticeable limp in Friday's session. He was carted off the field in Week 4 and looked like he was going to miss more than three weeks. Ryan Fitzpatrick lost both of his starts in Locker's place. Locker is a low-end QB2.

Coach Mike Munchak told reporters Friday he plans to decide Jake Locker's (hip, questionable) availability on Saturday. "Jake wants it," said Munchak. "It is going to be us to keep him off the field. I don't know that he'll be 100 percent honest with us, unfortunately. ... He knows how important he is to team. But he understands what we have to do and he'll go by ultimately what we decide is best, even though he may not agree with us, because there's a lot of football to go this year." We expect the Titans to decide to keep Locker sidelined one more game. He's still limping, and Tennessee has a Week 8 bye to nurse him back to 100 percent.

Jake Locker (hip, knee) is listed as questionable for Week 7 against the 49ers. Locker participated in a large chunk of Friday's practice, but beat writers still noticed him limping around on his bad hip and knee. His most likely return date is Week 9 against the Rams, following Tennessee's Week 8 bye.

Jake Locker (hip, knee) has been cleared for contact. Locker has yet to be officially ruled out for Sunday's game after getting in two straight limited practices, but that should happen on Friday. Getting cleared for contact now, however, gives him a good chance of returning to the starting lineup following Tennessee's Week 8 bye.

Jake Locker (hip, knee) remained limited in Thursday's practice. Locker isn't playing this week, but is reportedly "throwing the ball well" in practice. Locker's best-case scenario remains returning after the Titans' Week 8 bye.
