NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Titans expect Jake Locker (hip) to start Sunday's Week 7 game against the 49ers.
This comes as a surprise. Locker was listed as questionable on the injury report after getting in limited practices this week. However, beat writers observed Locker with a noticeable limp in Friday's session. He was carted off the field in Week 4 and looked like he was going to miss more than three weeks. Ryan Fitzpatrick lost both of his starts in Locker's place. Locker is a low-end QB2.
Locker was scoring well against the Jets before his injury. Brady has a key target back, but his numbers suggest benching; however he is playing the Jets. So, Locker v 49ers or Brady v Jets?? I have Luck and Stafford starting, so should I bench both Brady and Locker and keep DeSean Jackson and Josh Gordon in the 2 flex spots?? This is a tough but nice choice this week.
If your stating that you can play QB's in your flex spot then it is a no brainer. Always start your QB's! And if that's the case then it is a messed up league! Lol
1QB, 2RBs. 2WRs, and 1TE plus 2 extra offensive spots for either QB, RB, TE, or WR.. I call these the flex spots.. Gordon and Jackson have put up better numbers than Brady has of late so that is why I asked the question.. It appears I should ask elsewhere for some serious conversation.
I would always start your QBs for your flex spots even if your other guys have been out performing your QBs in the past I would make sure Locker is indeed starting and if I was you I would of dropped Locker at the start when he got hurt picked up another QB off wavier and went with him for your flex spots the QB position has the ball every snap (almost all the time) so you have to play the QBs. I have also created a league where we have only 8 teams so to keep it where there is not a TON of talent on the wavier I increased the Rosters Cap and added in extra flex spots including not 1 but 2 QB/WR/RB/TE spots so you can play 3 QBs in mine it is a change of pace and everyone loves the change its something new and makes it a interesting change

This is a messed up question, and clearly made necessary because of a messed up league.

OK, care to elaborate.. Basically, I have great match ups across the board. With 2 offensive slots to fill go with the QBs or WRs or mix it up...

drop everyone you just mentioned and sign donovan mcnabb and priest holmes. sit back, relax, and watch those wins stack up.
