Jake Locker completed 13-of-22 passes for 185 yards and two interceptions, and rushed three times for ten yards and a score.
He took four sacks, missed open receivers, and still saved fantasy owners with a five-yard rushing touchdown to turn a true clunker into a passable day. Locker faces the Jaguars' porous defense in Week 10, and we'd still view him as a viable QB1 streamer due to the opponent. Locker is an incredibly streaky player, and that's the kind of get-well matchup that could get him hot.
This has nothing to do with his character, he plays to his ability. He just got off an injury, so be patient. It's reactions like that that diminishes fantasy football.
awww did i diminish your fantasy football experience? or fantasy football as a whole (which is impossible)? if the former is true, it seems like it has more to do with your reaction to my reaction, rather than my reaction to jake locker's botch job. he just got off of a bye week. peyton can rack up 33 points while doped up, with two ankle sprains, and an elbow injury. but apparently, if locker happens to walk through a spiderweb, he can't focus enough to find open receivers. he had less than 5 points through most of the game. that is just plain ridiculous. he played like a slightly less disappointing brandon weedon
No, its just sad that you get so caught up in your fantasy football that you want to insult players, even though they are one of the best athletes in their sport. Your fantasy football means absolutely nothing, and clearly if you are playing Jake Locker, it couldn't have been that serious. I just hate that fantasy owners resort to calling players douches, or ass holes, or whatever. It is just a game, there's no need for it.
yeah, listen little boy. you seem to misunderstand how little me saying "what a douche" means to an NFL quarterback, seeing as he will never read this nor care what i say.
i dont give two sh!ts about him as a player outside of his fantasy value. do you? do you know the guy? are you him, or just some emotional titans fan who doesnt understand that being a fantasy football owner is not the same as being a regular football fan? if i wanted to hurt his feelings (which i'm pretty sure i don't have the power to do) i'd tweet it or something.
this is a fantasy football site, so pardon me if i get "caught up" in fantasy football while on it. grow up or shut up, kid.
Giga Alan I hade douche just like this guy gettin on my case for calling foster garbage after two weeks of no points saying I was horribly disrespectful. These idiots don't understand pure frustration

Locker or Kaepernick ?

I have the same conundrum. Thinking Locker since Kaepernick has the very tough Carolina defense and Locker has the crappy Jags.

fantasy football starters has Locker at 27 points projected and Kaepernick at 15. Fleaflicker has locker for only 2 points more that Kap.

I might have to rely in locker if friggin Rodgers is out. Sigh that sounds so bad

Definately a nice spot start next week, Jags look pretty clueless in the back half of their defense.
