Jake Locker (knee, hip) said he's now moving far better than he did prior to the Week 8 bye.
Locker made a surprising and effective early return from his hip and MCL in Week 7, throwing for 326 yards with two touchdowns and running for 29 yards against the 49ers. Now he's had the bye week to heal and gets to face a Rams defense that is coming off an emotional loss to the Seahawks and playing on a short week. Locker is one of the stronger QB2 plays around right now. His mobility is a major asset.
You mean long week not short week. What you are saying would have been true if Rams played this Thursday but they played last Thursday. Last I checked 10 days rest is more than 7 days. Basically Titans is loosing a big part of one of the benefits of coming off a bye week because of that...

Rams played on Monday night and lost to the Seahawks. They're playing on 6 days rest.

Rams are on a short week after Mon night. I only noticed because Locker is my #2 this week. Tues-Sat only 5 days rest.
