Vogt is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Marlins, John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Despite collecting a hit and an RBI in his return to the lineup Tuesday, Vogt will head to the bench for the fourth time in five games. It's unclear whether this is a complete changing of the guard or whether Vogt is just getting more rest while he's in a funk at the plate, but nonetheless, Josh Phegley will pick up another start behind the plate Wednesday.

Vogt is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox, John Hickey of the East Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Sunday's absence marks the third consecutive game that Vogt was withheld from the starting lineup. The reason for his prolonged absence is unclear, as backup catcher Josh Phegley has performed no better than Vogt at the plate in the early going. The A's are off Monday, so Tuesday against the Marlins would be Vogt's next opportunity to rejoin the starting lineup.

Vogt is out of the lineup Saturday against the Red Sox, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Josh Phegley will take over behind the plate for the second consecutive game despite going 0-for-3 with two strikeouts Friday. Vogt hasn't been great this season, hitting just .218 through 101 at-bats, but should return to his regular spot in the lineup shortly.

Vogt is not in the lineup Friday against the Red Sox, Jane Lee of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vogt is just 1-for-12 against lefties this season, so he'll head to the bench for a night off with Boston's ace southpaw Chris Sale taking the mound. Josh Phegley will assume the catching duties for the evening.

Vogt went 2-for-4 with an RBI double and a walk in Tuesday's 9-6 win over the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
Vogt has gone 5-for-12 with a double, a home run and three RBI over his last three games, with the round-tripper his first since Oakland's opener back on April 3. The veteran backstop limped to a .210 average in April, but factoring in Tuesday's production, is now hitting .265 through his first 38 plate appearances of May.

Vogt went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Monday's 6-5 loss to the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
Vogt came into the game with a measly .213 average with one home run and only five RBI in 89 at-bats for the A's. He's also hitting only .083 with one hit in 12 at-bats against southpaws and often rides pine when Oakland faces a left-handed pitcher. His cold bat and platoon role behind the plate limits his value to AL-only and two-catcher leagues.

Vogt is not in the lineup Saturday against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
After a sluggish start to the season, the Athletics seem to be weening Vogt out of a full-time role until he can get back to his old self at the plate. Bruce Maxwell will pick up the catching duties Saturday, with he and Josh Phegley in line for more action if Vogt continues to ride the pine.

Vogt is out of Wednesday's lineup against the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
With Josh Phegley (concussion) out until at least Friday, Oakland's two catchers (Vogt and Bruce Maxwell) both hit left-handed, so it is interesting to see Maxwell getting the nod in the day game against a righty after also starting Tuesday night's contest. Vogt has not shown any promising signs at the plate, so it's possible that he loses out on at-bats against righties, even after Phegley gets activated, as Maxwell may be the superior option at this point.

Vogt is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Angels, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
After catching all 11 innings during Monday's game, Vogt will head to the bench in favor of Bruce Maxwell. The 32-year-old is off to a slow start at the plate this season, slashing just .207/.224/.329 with just one homer though 24 games.

Vogt is out of the lineup Sunday against the Tigers.
EDGE Analysis
Vogt had made three straight starts for Oakland, but will take a seat for the series finale Sunday afternoon. Bruce Maxwell will get the call behind the plate.
