EDGE Analysis

With Josh Phegley (concussion) out until at least Friday, Oakland's two catchers (Vogt and Bruce Maxwell) both hit left-handed, so it is interesting to see Maxwell getting the nod in the day game against a righty after also starting Tuesday night's contest. Vogt has not shown any promising signs at the plate, so it's possible that he loses out on at-bats against righties, even after Phegley gets activated, as Maxwell may be the superior option at this point.
