Vogt (knee) will move his rehab to Triple-A Colorado Springs on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Vogt has been sidelined since July 17 with a neck strain and a strained MCL in his left knee, with the latter injury resulting in a longer recovery time. He looks to be on the mend, however, as the backstop appeared in three consecutive games with Low-A Wisconsin over the weekend, going 2-for-11 at the dish. He'll likely get in a few games behind the plate with Colorado Springs before potentially meeting up with the Brewers in Colorado for their series with the Rockies that kicks off Friday. Vogt will likely split catching duties with Manny Pina once he's activated.

Vogt (knee) is set to embark on a rehab appearance this weekend, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Although the minor-league affiliate that Vogt will report to has not been confirmed, the catcher will begin his rehab either Friday of Saturday and could return to the Brewers before their road trip out west beginning next Friday. Vogt was also back on the field going through drills for the second consecutive day prior to Milwaukee's game against the Twins. He will likely need a few games to shake off the rust and build up stamina behind the plate during his rehab stint.

Vogt (knee) said he was "well ahead of schedule" in his rehab from a strained MCL, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vogt was able to test his knee out in running, throwing and blocking drills recently, and apparently everything went without an issue as he's expected to head out on a rehab assignment in the near future. Given he's been sidelined since July 18, he'll likely need to make more than one rehab appearance before rejoining the big club. A clearer timetable should emerge once he begins his rehab stint, but Aug. 18 against the Rockies remains a realistic return date.

Vogt (knee) is expecting to return for the series against Colorado on August 18, MLB.com's Adam McCalvy reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vogt was diasnosed with a strained MCL in his left knee after going down in mid-July. The catcher has not appeared in any rehab games up to this point, and will likely need to head out for a few appearances within the next week and a half in he wants to return before the club heads to Colorado.

Vogt was diagnosed with a strained MCL in his left MCL and is expected to miss at least one month, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
This is a tough blow to the Brewers, as he had turned things around at the plate since joining the team earlier in the summer. This means that the Brewers will need to employ Manny Pina as the primary catcher and Jett Bandy as the backup until Vogt is ready to go again. No timetable for the veteran catcher's recovery process has come forth, but that should emerge in the coming days.

Vogt (knee, neck) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
The Brewers apparently thought it was in Vogt's best interest to rest for a while rather than rush back into action during the next week, so he'll watch the team from the bench for at least the next 10 days. Manny Pina seems like a logical option to pick up primary catching duties in his stead, although Jett Bandy may also land some starts in the meantime now that he's been brought back to the big leagues.

Vogt (knee, neck) is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran catcher left Monday's contest after a collision at home plate with Chad Kuhl, and it seems like things haven't improved after a night's rest. The results of the MRI on Vogt's knee (the more concerning injury of the two) haven't been revealed yet, but more information on his status should come forth soon. Continue to consider him day-to-day while Manny Pina assume regular catching duties for the Brewers in the meantime.

Vogt reported that he's most concerned with the knee injury he sustained Monday and that he's day-to-day, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vogt was evaluated for a left knee strain and a neck strain after being lifted from Monday's game following his collision at the plate, but it sounds like the knee injury is a bit more worrisome than the neck ailment at this time. We'll have a better idea of the injury's severity when the MRI results are revealed. For now, he'll be listed as day-to-day.

Vogt is being evaluated for a left knee strain and a neck strain after a collision at home plate caused him to leave Monday night's game in Pittsburgh.
EDGE Analysis
Official word on the severity of his injuries should be available shortly. Vogt was able to leave the field under his own power with trainer assistance, but a trip to the disabled list is not out of the question.

Vogt left Monday's game in Pittsburgh with an apparent head/neck injury after a collision with Pirates pitcher Chad Kuhl in the bottom of the fifth inning.
EDGE Analysis
Kuhl was waved home on a single to right field but was called out after an ugly collision with Vogt at the plate. An official announcement has yet to be made, but team trainers were stabilizing Vogt's head/neck area while he was down. The veteran catcher was moving his arms and legs throughout the process and eventually walked off the field with the assistance of trainers.
