Mike Trout went 3-for-5 with a double, a run scored and two stolen bases Saturday against the Yankees.
Trout is now tied with Dee Gordon for the major-league lead with 30 swipes and leads the majors with nine multi-steal games. The 20-year-old phenom has 30-multi-hit games under his belt (10 with three or more) and leads the American League with a .348 batting average. We're frankly running out of superlatives here.

Mike Trout hit his 12th home run in Sunday's win over the Orioles.
Trout took Wei-Yin Chen deep for a solo shot in the third. The bomb helps close out a first half where Trout hit .341/.397/.562 to go along with 30 extra-base hits, 40 RBI and 26 stolen bases in just 64 games. An argument could be made that he's the early leader in the clubhouse for the American League's MVP award.

Mike Trout went 2-for-2 with two sac flies, a walk and three steals in the Angels' 9-7 win over the Orioles on Thursday.
Trout's aggressiveness on the basepaths led to a Matt Wieters throwing error in the sixth, giving the Angels their last run of the game. Despite his late callup, he's tops in the AL with 26 steals this season. He's been OK in the other categories, too.

Mike Trout showed no ill-effects of his jammed pinkie finger on Tuesday night, blasting a three-run homer in a losing effort against the Indians.
Trout finished the game 2-for-5. His impressive shot off Zach McAllister in the fifth inning briefly gave the Angels a 4-3 lead, which they would soon relinquish. The 20-year-old phenom and first-time All-Star is on track for serious consideration for both the AL Rookie of the Year and AL MVP honors. He's now hitting a league-leading .340 with 10 homers, 36 RBI and 22 stolen bases.

Mike Trout (finger) is back in Tuesday's lineup against the Indians.
Trout was held out of the starting lineup Monday with a jammed right pinkie finger, but he did appear as a pinch-runner during the game. It shouldn't be an issue moving forward.

X-rays on Mike Trout's right pinkie finger have come back negative.
Angels fans can exhale. Trout injured the finger on a slide into second base during Sunday's game and is not playing Monday, but it sounds like he'll be back out there soon enough. Peter Bourjos is handling center field against the Indians.

Mike Trout homered, doubled, drew a walk and scored a pair of runs in Sunday's 10-6 win over the Blue Jays.
Just another day at the office for Los Angeles' All Star, who is now hitting .339/.395/.542 through his first 57 games this season. He's reached base 104 times, driven in 33 runs and swiped 22 bases.

Mike Trout went 4-for-4 with a walk, two doubles and four runs scored in Tuesday's 12-5 win against the Giants.
After Los Angeles blitzed Barry Zito, the hungry Angels offense got to feast off the drek of San Francisco's bullpen. Trout, the 20-years-old sensation, was amongst those who capitalized. Although the American League leader in stolen bases, with 19, didn't swipe a bag, he raised his slash line to a tremendous .337/.397/.532. The hype is real.

Mike Trout went 1-for-4 with a walk, a run scored and three stolen bases in Monday's loss to the Giants.
Impressively, Trout now leads the American League with 19 stolen bases, even though he spent a month in the minor leagues and has played in just 46 games. His .323/.383/.511 would be tremendous for any player, let alone someone who's just 20-years-old. He surely looks poised for super-stardom.

Mike Trout homered, singled in a run and scored the Angels' go-ahead run in the ninth Monday in a 3-2 victory over the Dodgers.
Albert Pujols had the RBI single that gave the Angels the lead, but Trout was the story tonight. After drawing a walk to lead off the ninth, he stole second, putting himself in position to score. He ended up with two steals on the night, giving him 15 on the season. He'll probably slump at some point, but for the last month and a half, he's been about as valuable as any player in the AL.
