Mike Minor held the Brewers to two runs over 6 2/3 innings to win on Monday. Minor has given the Braves three quality starts in four tries since coming off the DL, racking up a 21/6 K/BB ratio in the process. He'll face the Rockies in Atlanta next time out. Since they've cooled off a bit, he can be kept active in mixed leagues.

Mike Minor fired 6 2/3 shutout innings Tuesday in a victory against the Giants. He struck out six and walked two. This is the Minor we've been waiting to see. He tantalized in his debut against these same Giants earlier this month, but crushed owners who placed him quickly back into starting lineups Wednesday against the Cardinals, allowing six runs across 4 1/3 frames. He's too talented to sit. The young left-hander gets the Brewers next week.

Mike Minor took the loss in Wednesday's start against the Cardinals, allowing six runs in 4 1/3 innings. Minor was making just his second start of the season due to early shoulder soreness, but looked decent in his 2014 debut on Friday. Not so much on Wednesday against the Braves, as the lefty allowed 11 hits, walked two, and struck out six. He'll take the mound in the pitcher-friendly confines of AT&T Park against the Giants in his next outing.

Making his season debut, Mike Minor gave up two runs in six innings Friday in a loss to the Giants. He struck out four and walked none. Minor only made two mistakes -- solo homers to Angel Pagan and Michael Morse -- but it was enough to put him in position for the loss. The young left-hander got a late start on the season due to some shoulder soreness in the spring, but he has the ability to be a top-20 starting pitcher in fantasy leagues the rest of the way.

Braves activated LHP Mike Minor from the 15-day disabled list. Minor will make his season debut on Friday against the Giants, pushing David Hale to the bullpen. The veteran left-hander threw 81 pitches in his final rehab start, so he could be on a bit of a pitch count. Still, fantasy owners should feel OK about inserting Minor into their lineup immediately.

Mike Minor (shoulder) is scheduled to return to the Braves' starting rotation Friday vs. the Giants. Minor allowed five runs on 10 hits -- including four home runs -- in a seven-inning rehab start Friday at Double-A Mississippi, but the Braves are going to welcome him back this week anyway. David Hale and his 2.31 ERA will be bumped from Atlanta's starting rotation.

Mike Minor (shoulder) gave up five runs and 10 hits -- including four homers -- over seven innings in his final rehab start with Double-A Mississippi Friday. Minor said that three of the four longballs were wind-aided, referring to them as "pop-ups." The good news is that the left-hander said he "felt better than probably all the other (rehab starts)." The Braves won't officially announce when Minor will rejoin the rotation until he gets through his between-starts bullpen session, but Friday is looking like the best bet. David Hale will be bumped from the rotation to accommodate Minor.

Mike Minor (shoulder) will make one more rehab start this Friday at Double-A Mississippi. The thought had been that Minor was going to join the Braves' starting rotation this Saturday, but the left-hander will instead have one final appearance against minor league competition. He has not made a start at the major league level this season because of spring shoulder soreness that could be blamed on an inactive winter. He had a urinary tract procedure in December.

The Braves tentatively plan to have Mike Minor (shoulder) rejoin the rotation on Saturday against the Reds. He'd be going on two extra days' rest with Thursday's off day. Minor allowed three runs -- two earned -- on four hits and no walks with four strikeouts in his final rehab start for Triple-A Gwinnett on Saturday. He got his pitch count up to 80 in the outing, so Minor should be able to get up to around 100 against the Reds.
