Paulino signed a minor league deal with the Cubs on Monday, ESPN Chicago's Jesse Rogers reports. Paulino, who was released by the Red Sox prior to Opening Day, made four starts for the White Sox last season, going 0-2 with a 11.29 ERA in 18.1 total innings. A career journeyman, Paulino holds a 5.22 ERA over 97 total major league appearances dating back to 2007.
