Fowler (shoulder) remains out of the lineup Tuesday against the Marlins.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler was hoping to make it back for Tuesday's matchup against right-hander Dan Straily, but he remains out for a fifth consecutive game. Magneuris Sierra will be afforded another start in center field, with Kolten Wong once again atop the batting order. Fowler's usage as a pinch hitter Sunday suggests he's safe from the DL for the time being.

Fowler (shoulder) is hopeful he can return to the Cardinals lineup against the Marlins on Tuesday, Fox Sports Midwest reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler has sat for four games in a row, but it seems his return his imminent. At this point, a disabled-list stint looks extremely unlikely, given that he pinch hit Sunday and may be at a full-go soon.

Fowler (shoulder) is out of the lineup Monday against the Marlins.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler is still recovering from a strained right shoulder he suffered Thursday against the Brewers and will be on the bench for the fourth game in a row. The 31-year-old was able to pinch hit in Sunday's series finale against the Braves, suggesting the Cardinals are optimistic he'll be able to avoid the disabled list. Magneuris Sierra will draw another start in center field Monday in Fowler's place, however.

Fowler (shoulder) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler was removed from Thursday's game against the Brewers with a right shoulder strain and although subsequent MRI results were encouraging, it appears that the Cardinals are going to take it easy with their center fielder. Unless he's suffered a setback, it's likely that Fowler will return to action within the next couple of days.

Fowler (shoulder) is not in the lineup Saturday against the Braves, David O'Brien of AJC.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Although MRI results came back clean for Fowler, the 31-year-old apparently still isn't feeling 100 percent after hurting his shoulder while attempting a diving catch. Tommy Pham will continue to start in center field until Fowler is ready to go, which still could be a couple of days away.

Fowler (shoulder) received an MRI that did not reveal anything concerning, Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The fact that Fowler's MRI came back clean has to be a huge sigh of relief for the Cardinals. With him rejoining the team Friday, he'll likely be back on the field as soon as he feels physically ready, which could even be in the next couple of days.

Fowler (shoulder) is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
The good news is that Fowler was not immediately placed on the DL along with Stephen Piscotty (hamstring), although that doesn't mean Fowler is out of the woods yet. The team will likely wait and see how the shoulder responds in the coming days before making a decision. Tommy Pham is starting in center field Friday in place of Fowler, with Jose Martinez in right in place of Piscotty and Kolten Wong atop the batting order.

Fowler exited Thursday's game against the Brewers with a right shoulder strain.
EDGE Analysis
On a night where the Cardinals had already lost Stephen Piscotty to a hamstring strain, fellow outfielder Dexter Fowler was lifted early after straining his shoulder while diving for a ball in the top of the third inning. He was able to finish out the frame but did not return to the field in the following inning. The initial diagnosis suggests that a DL trip may be coming, but we'll have to wait for further word from the Cardinals in regards to his status.

Fowler went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs in Thursday's 6-4 victory over the Blue Jays in the nightcap of a double-header.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler extended the Cardinals' lead to 4-0 with a 401-foot blast to center in the third. It was the continuation of a modest but potentially pivotal three-game stretch for the struggling veteran, who went 7-for-16 with two doubles, Thursday's homer, two RBI, two walks and five runs in the series versus Toronto. That's boosted Fowler's average from .169 to .224 and his slugging from .296 to .388.

Fowler (heel) is back in the lineup Sunday against the Brewers, Jim Hayes of Fox Sports Midwest reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler exited Friday's game early due to a bruised heel and was forced to sit out Saturday's contest, as well. It appears that he's feeling better and will rejoin the team's starting lineup Sunday.
