Fowler (quadriceps) is out of the lineup Sunday against the Pirates, Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
This is now the third game out of the Cardinals' last four that Fowler has sat out with his nagging quad. It will be important to keep an eye on whether this is an injury that will keep him out for an extended period of time, or whether this is simply a maintenance day.

Fowler (quadriceps) is starting in center field and batting second Saturday against the Pirates, Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler is good to go after sitting out the previous two games due to quadriceps tightness. The 31-year-old, who is slashing .378/.452/.838 with five homers over his last 10 games, will look to pick up where he left off as he faces Gerrit Cole in his return to the lineup.

Updating previous reports, Fowler (quadriceps) is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
The Cardinals posted a few different lineups throughout the morning, but the most recent one has Fowler on the bench. He should be available off the bench if needed, but the Cardinals will give the center fielder an extra day to rest his ailing quad. Tommy Pham will indeed start in center field for him, while Jose Martinez gets the start in left field.

Fowler (quadriceps) is starting in center field and batting second Friday against the Pirates, Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com reports.

While Fowler was originally left out of the Cardinals' lineup Friday, it appears he's ready to go after being checked out by team doctors before the contest. He'll replace Tommy Pham in the lineup while Jose Martinez remains in left field.

Fowler (quadriceps) is not in the lineup Friday against the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler will be held out of the starting lineup for a second straight game as the Cardinals continue to take a cautious approach with him. While he isn't in the starting lineup, he will apparently be available off the bench if needed and seems to be nearing a full return to action. Tommy Pham will slide over to center field in his absence, opening up a spot for Jose Martinez to start in left field.

Fowler (quadriceps) is expected to be available for Friday's game against the Pirates, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler was kept out of action Thursday and, if tests prove him ready, he'll be available for the first game of the weekend series. St. Louis does want to be cautious, however, because of his previous leg injury this year. With that in mind, his availability might not necessarily mean a start. His owners should check if he's starting before leaving him in their lineups.

Fowler (quad) is out of the lineup Thursday against the Phillies, Jim Hayes of Fox Sports Midwest reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler was lifted from Wednesday's matchup due to quad tightness, and it looks like the ailment will hold him out of the series finale as well. Tommy Pham, who is coming off a two-homer game, appears in line to take over in center field.

Fowler went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run during Sunday's loss to Baltimore.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler has now hit a homer in each of his past four games and is up to 13 bombs, 35 RBI and 38 runs with a .254/.344/.500 slash line for the year. The heater has him back on pace for a monster fantasy campaign, albeit his three stolen bases are a little disappointing. Just remember that Fowler has also been notoriously streaky during his career.

Fowler went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run during Saturday's loss to Baltimore.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler is a high-floor fantasy asset because of his cross-category profile, but he's also notorious for stringing together scorching hot stretches. With a home run in three consecutive outings, he's clearly in the midst of a heater. He's up to 12 homers, 33 RBI, 37 runs and a .249/.337/.484 slash line for the year.
