Fowler will be held out of the starting lineup for a second straight game as the Cardinals continue to take a cautious approach with him. While he isn't in the starting lineup, he will apparently be available off the bench if needed and seems to be nearing a full return to action. Tommy Pham will slide over to center field in his absence, opening up a spot for Jose Martinez to start in left field.
