Patrick Kane looked great in his return from a knee injury Thursday night against the Blues. He was flying all over the ice in his first game since mid-March taking a team-high six shots on goal and scoring a highlight reel goal in the 28:31 of ice time he received. Needless to say Kane is safe to activate.

Patrick Kane will be sporting a knee brace when he returns to the lineup on Thursday night. "Once you get used to it you're fine," Kane said. "There's guys that have probably played with this type of thing their whole career and even guys on our team that have played with it. I think you kind of get used to it as you start playing and skating with it." Kane last played on Mar. 19 but he's ready to return for Game 1 against St. Louis.

It was his first full practice with his teammates after missing the last 12 games of the regular season with a knee injury. "It was nice to do some drills that are game-like, whether it was three-on-twos up the ice or power play or defensive zone coverage, things like that to get back into it," said Kane.
