Michal Neuvirth allowed two goals on 24 shots in a 3-2 overtime victory over the New York Islanders Tuesday. The win is the third in a row for Neuvirth and although Tomas Vokoun hasn't done anything to deserve it, it wouldn't be shocking to see the youngster in goal for Washington's next game.

Michal Neuvirth saved 28 of 30 shots in a 4-2 victory Saturday. Neuvirth was perfect through 40 minutes, but he allowed two goals on 11 shots in the third period. All the same, Neuvirth has now won two critical games for the Capitals on back-to-back nights.
