Despite skating 4 minutes on the power play and 18:26 overall, Okposo finished without a point for the second straight game in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss to Florida.
EDGE Analysis
After scoring five points in three games, Okposo's been held off the score sheet in his past two games, finishing with just a total of two shots on goal and a minus-2 rating. He currently leads all Sabres forwards in scoring with 22 points, but should be overtaken by Ryan O'Reilly (18) or Jack Eichel (eight points in 10 games) by the end of the season. Okposo continues to impress in his first season with Buffalo, however, and despite his recent scoring woes has registered at least one shot in each of his past 17 games -- a noteworthy feat for someone who doesn't shoot very much and has totaled over 200 shots in a season just twice in his career. He should be able to find the score sheet Thursday against Carolina.

Okposo handed out three assists and went plus-3 in Tuesday's 6-3 victory over Los Angeles.
EDGE Analysis
This was an unusual sort of game for Okposo, who usually plays sniper rather than playmaker, but he definitely has a good thing going with Jack Eichel. The ex-Islander has proven to be an excellent addition for the Sabres -- sparking their power play, leading them in goals (nine) and points (21). He played through a stomach illness in this one, too, which is appreciated by Sabres fans and fantasy owners alike.

Okposo (illness) is in the lineup for Tuesday's home matchup with the Kings, John Vogl of The Buffalo News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Okposo was absent from Monday's morning practice due to a stomach bug but it appears it was never anything major as he'll return without missing an NHL game. The right winger has recently been on a point-tallying binge, racking up eight over his past nine games, and will look to keep it rolling on the Sabres' second line with Jack Eichel and Evander Kane.

Head coach Dan Bylsma said Okposo (illness) is feeling better and there's a good chance he'll be in the lineup Tuesday against the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Okposo sat out Monday's practice and should be considered a game-time decision. The Sabres need his size to counter the Kings' physical play, and what seems to be a small illness shouldn't prevent Okposo from playing. Upon his return, he'll play alongside Jack Eichel and Evander Kane on the second line. If the trio clicks, it could be a lethal line with a lot of skill and a lot of size. He's Buffalo's leading scorer with 18 points and should be started in all formats.

Okposo (undisclosed) was not on the ice for practice Monday morning, Bill Hoppe of the Olean Times Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
No reason was given for Okposo's absence, but it's not expected to be anything serious. He played 22:27 against Washington on Friday and scored a goal, giving him 18 points in 26 games to lead the team. Consider him day-to-day but he's not expected to miss Tuesday's game when the Sabres host the Kings. Head coach Dan Bylsma has been experimenting with lines at practice recently, and when Okposo returns he'll likely be playing with Jack Eichel and Evander Kane.

Okposo scored a power-play goal and recorded two shots on net during Friday's loss to Washington.
EDGE Analysis
With nine goals, 18 points, 73 shots and an average of 19:37 (3:30 with the man advantage) through the first 26 games of the year, Okposo is having another solid fantasy campaign. He's locked into a top offensive role and thriving on the power play (four goals and 12 points). Okposo is a solid asset in all fantasy settings.

Okposo registered two power-play points -- a tally and assist -- and took five shots on goal during Tuesday's 5-4 win against the Senators.
EDGE Analysis
Okposo was one of several on Buffalo that fed off the return of Jack Eichel, even if he wasn't directly involved. The Sabres were last in scoring coming into Tuesday, but the 28-year-old has still managed seven tallies and eight assists in 21 contests. The winger accumulated eight points in November and will look to build off that momentum to start December against the Rangers on Thursday.

Okposo scored a goal and an assist with the man advantage during Monday's win over the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
The 28-year-old veteran entered the season averaging 0.88 points per game over the past three seasons, so his current mark of 0.67 is a letdown for fantasy owners. At least his two-point showing Monday was a step in the right direction. However, it's likely best to assume Okposo's offensive production will remain a step below what we've become accustomed to over the past few seasons.

Okposo deposited the game-tying goal in Saturday's road win over the Senators.
EDGE Analysis
Okposo has tremendous offensive instincts, and his goal Saturday helps support such a claim. The top-line winger anticipated a Jake McCabe wrist shot and positioned himself perfectly to deflect the puck into the cage. Okposo's first campaign with Buffalo has gone well so far, as he's up to eight points (five goals, three assists) in 10 games.

Okposo had two goals in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
Okposo scored on both of his shots in Sunday's contest, including once on the power play. The Minnesotan is certainly endearing himself to his new team after signing a seven-year, $42 million contract during the offseason, as he now has four goals and six points in his first seven games with the Sabres.
