Allen allowed three goals on 35 shots in Thursday's 3-2 loss to Edmonton.
EDGE Analysis
This was shaping up to be a much better result for Allen when teammate Tage Thompson opened the scoring with 10:30 left in the third period, but the home side got three pucks by Allen in the final 9:52 to ruin the night for his fantasy owners. This setback in the second leg of a road back-to-back is far from a major red flag for a goaltender that still sports a strong 17-10-2 record, 2.60 GAA and .911 save percentage. What's more concerning is that Allen's now suffered regulation losses in four consecutive starts.

Allen will start in goal Thursday night, facing shots from host Edmonton, NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Blues coach Mike Yeo is likely going back to Allen because he's already defeated the Oilers twice this season, allowing only four goals on 59 combined shots. This will mark the 30th appearance for the starting netminder, who's 17-9-2 with a 2.59 GAA and .911 save percentage.

Allen yielded four goals 46 shots in a 4-0 loss against the Jets on Sunday night.
EDGE Analysis
It's not often that a goaltender will allow four goals but actually see his save percentage rise. That happened to Allen, who entered the day with a .911 mark, on Sunday, but everything else got worse. While Allen has won 17 of his 28 starts, he also owns a career-high 2.59 GAA. He will look to get that back on track beginning Wednesday against the Flames.

Allen will start in goal Sunday evening, opposing the Jets on the road, per Tom Timmermann of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
EDGE Analysis
Backup netminder Carter Hutton picked up an absurd 48 saves for a shutout win over the Jets on Saturday night. Allen's amassed 17 wins over 28 appearance this season, but it's worth noting that he's just 3-3-0 with a 2.94 GAA and .896 save percentage in his career against Winnipeg. The Notes will certainly need to tighten up defensively after watching so many pucks reach Hutton on the first game of the back-to-back set.

Allen allowed three goals on 18 shots during Thursday's 3-1 loss to Anaheim.
EDGE Analysis
Allen surrendered five goals through his previous four contests and has 18 wins for the campaign, so it's best not to overreact to this blip on the radar. Alex Pietrangelo's (foot) status is worth monitoring because his minutes will be tougher to replace the longer he's out. Otherwise, everything appears in check for the Blues and Allen's fantasy outlook.

Allen will defend the net from the visiting Ducks on Thursday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
This will be the 10th straight appearance for Allen, as the 27-year-old netminder has been relied upon even more with backup Carter Hutton rounding out his recovery from a lower-body injury. Anaheim has had trouble finding a groove offensively given that its forwards have been perpetually banged up, but the Ducks will be well rested having been off since Monday. Allen has gone 5-2-0 with a 1.76 GAA and .933 save percentage in eight career starts against this next opponent.

Allen stopped 22 of 24 shots in Tuesday's loss to the Lightning.
EDGE Analysis
Allen played well against Tampa Bay, but Andrei Vasilevskiy was just that much better, pitching a 32-save shutout. The loss snaps a four-game winning streak for Allen, who owns a 17-7-2 record with a .913 save percentage. The Blues have been excellent this season, but recent injuries to Jay Bouwmeester (undisclosed), Alex Pietrangelo (foot) and Jaden Schwartz (ankle) don't bode well for Allen's fantasy value. Keep him rolling, however, as the Blues remain atop the Western Conference standings and Allen has piled on victories.

Allen will start Tuesday's game against the Lightning, Tracey Myers of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
There's no doubt that Allen is on a hot streak, winning four straight while compiling a .944 save percentage and 1.50 GAA. However, what's going on in front of him Tuesday seems troubling. The Blues netminder will be without two of his top defensemen -- Jay Bouwmeester (undisclosed) and Alex Pietrangelo (foot). Both are used on the penalty kill, and the Lightning boast the league's top power play, scoring 28.4 percent of the time. Combine this with the absence of offensive stud Jaden Schwartz (ankle), and Allen's chances of coming away with a win are lower than most other goalie's in Tuesday's slate.

Allen stopped 22 of 24 shots in Sunday's overtime win over the Wild.
EDGE Analysis
Allen has been excellent of late, delivering four straight victories and allowing just six goals in the process. The 27-year-old now owns a fantastic 17-6-2 record to compliment his mediocre .913 save percentage. He won't blow you away with his rate stats, but Allen is starting almost every night for the Blues and has a knack for winning games. He's playing some of his best hockey right now and is worth getting in your lineup whenever he's in action.

Allen will defend the cage in Sunday's tilt against Buffalo, Jeremy Rutherford of The Athletic St. Louis reports.
EDGE Analysis
After a four-game rough patch that saw Allen go 2-1-1 with a 2.73 GAA and .897 save percentage, the netminder has ripped off three straight wins while recording a 1.36 GAA and .952 save percentage. Sunday will mark the first time that Allen has started in consecutive games this season, so it will be interesting to see how his body reacts as he takes on the Sabres, who currently sit last in the Eastern Conference standings.
