Lack will start Sunday against the Senators, Ben Kuzma of the Vancouver Province reports.
Lack saw time in net in relief of Jonathan Bernier Saturday, stopping all 13 shots he faced in the appearance. He will start in net Sunday, looking to improve on his 2-3-1 record on the season. He will face an Ottawa team in the bottom ten in G/GP with just 2.46.

Lack stopped all 13 shots he faced in relief Saturday.
He was solid in relief, but Jonathan Bernier stood on his head in the blue paint at the other. Still, Ryan Miller's save percentage isn't as solid as we think it should be, so Lack might get a couple extra starts in the short term.

Lack stopped 21 shots for his first shutout of the year Thursday against the Penguins.
While Lack's season numbers may have made an outcome like this look unlikely against the high-powered Pens, he's been able to elevate his game at times against the better teams in the league, including the Ducks and Kings. Lack retains little fantasy value as long as Ryan Miller's healthy.

Lack will start Thursday against the Penguins.
Lack will start Thursday and give regular goaltender Ryan Miller the night off. Lack posted an impressive .922 save percentage in four November games after getting off to a rough start, but he will be tested Thursday by a Pittsburgh team that currently sits third in the league with 3.33 goals per game.

Lack stopped 23 of 26 shots Thursday, but allowed the Ducks to score on two of three shootout tries to take the loss.
It was Lack's first start in 11 days, as he rarely gets much work in his backup role behind Roberto Luongo. He's just 1-3-1 over his five starts this season, and his ugly rate stats get uglier if you don't count his two successful relief appearances.

Lack is set to man the crease Thursday against the Ducks.
Lack's few starting nods have been mostly limited to back-to-back scenarios, and that will remain the case here, after Ryan Miller held off the Oilers for a 5-4 win Wednesday night. The backup netminder has been spotty while seeing infrequent use this season, entering play Thursday with a 1-3 record, 3.40 GAA and .896 save percentage.

Lack stopped all but one of the 29 shots he faced in Sunday's shootout win over the Ducks.
It was the first win of the season for Lack, who made 28 saves in regulation, before denying all three Ducks' shooters in the shootout. Lack is only 1-3-0 on the season, but didn't get much support in any of the losses. Ryan Miller has been phenomenal in Vancouver thus far, but when the team decides to give the veteran a rest, Lack can be counted on to steal some wins.

Lack is starting in goal Sunday against the Ducks, Ben Kuzma of the Vancouver Province reports.
Lack came on in relief of Ryan Miller on Saturday, stopping 13-of-14 shots in the 5-1 defeat. While there was some speculation that Saturday's action could mean he'd be scratched from Sunday's start, that won't be the case, as he'll make his first start since last Sunday against Nashville. In that contest, Lack allowed three goals on 33 shots.

Lack stopped 13 of 14 shots in the third period of Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Kings.
Lack did well to limit the damage after starter Ryan Miller allowed four goals over the first 40 minutes, but his entrance into Saturday's contest could prove detrimental. Lack appeared likely to receive the start Sunday against Ducks in the second game of a back-to-back for the Canucks, but Miller's early removal Saturday could prompt coach Willie Desjardins to stick with his usual starter for the second consecutive day. Expect the Canucks to officially reveal Sunday's starting goalie during pregame warmups.

Lack gave up three goals on 33 shots in Sunday's loss to Nashville.
While Ryan Miller is off to a hot 8-1-0 start, Lack is now 0-3-0 on the season, yet to win a game. The 26-year-old hasn't been horrible this season, but has still given up 15 goals on 120 shots through four appearances. Lack will see his fair share of starts as the season wears on, but Ryan Miller's play has established the fact there is no goaltending controversy in Vancouver. The former Sabre is Vancouver's starting goalie, while Lack is stapled to a backup role.
