This will certainly be a story to watch in the offseason.

Daniel Alfredsson lost some teeth in the second period of Tuesday's loss to New Jersey when a stick clipped him in the mouth. The 41-year-old now has goals in two straight games (four shots in each) and three points in his last four games. He's really been just as advertised for the Red Wings this season -- if not better when you consider he's not getting any closer to his "prime." Alfredsson has 14 goals and 35 points. Tomas Jurco picked up the other goal. Pavel Datsyuk, Riley Sheahan and Danny DeKeyser had the assists.
