Daniel Alfredsson potted a goal for Detroit in its 4-2 loss to Tampa Bay on Saturday night. The 41-year-old now has goals in two straight games (four shots in each) and three points in his last four games. He's really been just as advertised for the Red Wings this season -- if not better when you consider he's not getting any closer to his "prime." Alfredsson has 14 goals and 35 points. Tomas Jurco picked up the other goal. Pavel Datsyuk, Riley Sheahan and Danny DeKeyser had the assists.
