Anderson will be between the pipes for Friday's Game 5 against the Canadiens, TSN 1200's Gord Wilson reports.
It's hardly a surprise, as Anderson was phenomenal in Game 4, turning away all of the 28 shots he faced en route to a shut out. He'll likely need to turn in a similar performance to give the Senators a chance to gain some ground in their series with the Habs', in which they currently trail three games to one.

Anderson stopped all 28 of the shots he faced in Wednesday's 1-0 win over the Canadiens.
Anderson was perfect in net Wednesday, and his team needed every save to avoid being swept by the Habs. There's no word yet, but it's probably safe to assume that Anderson has earned the crease again to start Game 5 in Montreal.

Coach Dave Cameron confirmed Anderson would be in net for Wednesday's Game 4 against the Canadiens.
This much was expected after Anderson was in the starter's crease during the team's morning skate. With the Senators staring at a 3-0 series deficit, it appears we've seen the last of Andrew Hammond during the postseason. If the Sens are able to escape with a win in Game 4, Cameron would more than likely be inclined to stick with Anderson the rest of the way.

Anderson is on track to start Wednesday's Game 4 against the Canadiens, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.
Anderson was in the starter's crease at the Sens' morning skate, a likely indicator that he'll be in the pipes for the second straight game over Andrew Hammond. Though he wasn't able to come away with the victory in Game 3, Anderson was superb, stopping 47 of 49 shots in the overtime loss. With the Sens facing a 3-0 series deficit, Anderson will probably need to come up huge Wednesday to have a chance at keeping the team alive in the postseason.

The Sens have yet to confirm a starter in goal (between Anderson and Andrew Hammond) for Wednesday's Game 4 against the Canadiens, Wayne Scanlan of the Ottawa Citizen reports.
We suspect that Anderson's strong effort in Game 3 will earn him another start, but Scanlan relays that coach Dave Cameron wants to make sure that Anderson is 100 percent physically (following his first appearance since March 29) before announcing the team's Game 4 starter in goal.

Anderson was outstanding in Sunday's Game 3 overtime loss to Montreal, stopping 47 of 49 shots.
Although it was Anderson's first appearance since Mar. 29, he didn't show any rust and was named third star of the game. While it's recently been Andrew Hammond's crease, it appears the Senators are now going with the more experienced Anderson. Although the 33-year-old hasn't won a game since Mar.8, he owns a .928 career playoff save percentage and will need to be lights out if the Senators hope to claw back from this 3-0 series deficit.

Anderson will receive the start in net for Sunday's Game 3 matchup with the Islanders, Wayne Scanlan of the Ottawa Citizen reports.
Anderson served as the backup behind Andrew Hammond for the first two contests of the series, but both resulted in losses. He'll get his chance to turn the series around Sunday, getting the start in front of the home crowd in Ottawa.

Anderson turned aside 33 of 36 shots in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Panthers.
Making his second start in as many days after returning from a hand injury, Anderson was dealt his third straight loss. With Anderson receiving the nod in both games of the back-to-back set, it's possible Andrew Hammond is still dealing with the lower-body injury that forced him out of both Thursday's game and Friday's practice. Once Hammond returns to full health though, Anderson could be relegated to backup duties.

Anderson will start Sunday's game against the Panthers.
Anderson, who made 27 saves in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to Toronto, will thus make his second straight start for the Sens, with Brent Wallace of TSN relaying that Andrew Hammond is in line to serve as the Sens' backup goalie on Sunday, with Chris Driedger having been assigned to AHL Binghamton.

Anderson made 27 saves Saturday in a 4-3 overtime loss to Toronto.
It was his first start after his return from a hand injury. The Sens got a single point, but expect Andrew Hammond back in there next outing. The team just seems inspired by his play.
