Anderson was first off the ice Thursday morning, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports. This indicates that he will start the Senators' game Thursday evening against Columbus.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson has been letting a lot of pucks past him recently, surrendering 12 goals in his last three starts. The 34-year-old veteran will face a Bluejackets team that has gotten hot, winning their past three games and five of their last seven.

Anderson allowed four goals on 37 shots in Monday's loss to the Red Wings.
EDGE Analysis
That's now three straight losses with Anderson in net, though two of them went to overtime. Andrew Hammond had been drawing some starts of late, but the backup is now dealing with an undisclosed injury so Anderson could be in line to see the majority of the starts for the time being.

Anderson will start in net Monday against the Red Wings.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson followed up a poor showing against Nashville last Tuesday with a solid showing Saturday against the Rangers in which he allowed just one goal on 34 shots. With Andrew Hammond suffering an undisclosed injury in Sunday's practice, Anderson will start again Monday, while Matt O'Connor will serve as his backup in place of Hammond.

Anderson stopped 33 of 34 shots before falling in the shootout Saturday to the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Other than a Chris Kreider tally 2:31 into the game, Anderson was perfect in this one. It's a bitter pill to swallow for owners who were counting on a victory, but such is life sometimes -- especially with the 10-2-2 Henrik Lundqvist in the opposing net. Anderson is now 6-4-2 with a 2.92 GAA and .912 save percentage through 12 appearances this season.

Anderson has received the starting nod for Saturday's tilt with the Rangers, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
This will be the fourth consecutive game that Anderson and Andrew Hammond have alternated starts in the Ottawa net. After Hammond missed the start of the season through injury, it appeared as though Anderson had established himself as Ottawa's starter. However, after a couple of poor outings, Anderson's numbers currently sit at 3.12 goals against and .907 save percentage. Anderson will need to string together a couple of strong performances to get Hammond off of his back, starting with Saturday against the Rangers.

Anderson stopped 31 of the 38 shots he faced in Tuesday's 7-5 loss to the Predators.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson has certainly had better stat lines, but the Sens were somehow in the game until the end, despite Anderson allowing seven goals. He has faced the third most shots of any goaltender in the league to date, so Ottawa's ability to suppress their opponents' shots should be concerning to fantasy owners.

Anderson will receive the starting nod for Tuesday's game against the Predators.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson has strung together consecutive impressive performances, allowing just three goals on 77 shots combined in wins over two high-scoring clubs in the Canadiens and Jets. The 34-year-old has struggled to find consistency thus far though, posting a 2.72 GAA on the year, and will draw a matchup against a Predators team that's averaging 2.54 goals per game.

Anderson made 38 saves on 40 shots through regulation and overtime Thursday against the Jets, then one of two in the shootout en route to a 3-2 victory.
EDGE Analysis
The Sens made Anderson's job much easier in the shootout than they did in the game's first 65 minutes, scoring on all three of their attempts. He's thrown down consecutive sparkling efforts this week, making his fantasy owners feel better after they had to deal with four straight games with save marks under .900. Anderson's still kind of a hit-or-miss fantasy netminder, as it can be tough to predict his masterpieces.

Anderson has received the starting nod for Thursday's contest with Winnipeg, Don Brennan of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Following his unreal performance against Montreal on Tuesday, Anderson will take on the Jets, who average 3.00 goals per game. Historically, Anderson has been a very streaky goalie, so there is reason to believe that he will follow Tuesday's performance with another strong outing on Thursday.

Anderson turned aside 36 of 37 shots by the Canadiens en route to a 2-1 overtime victory Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
After four straight games with a save percentage under .900, it took a date with the league's best team for Anderson to find his stride again. It's just in time, too, as backup Andrew Hammond just delivered a strong outing in Detroit on Friday. We're still waiting to find out who the real Anderson is, as this year hasn't been out of line at all with his typical inconsistency.
