Craig Anderson earned the NHL's first star for the month of January. Anderson has been a vital part of the Senators' early season success. He has a 0.99 GAA and .967 save percentage in six starts. Anderson has only allowed more than one goal in one game this season and that was in Ottawa's 3-2 victory over Washington.

To no one's surprise, it looks like Craig Anderson will again start in goal Friday night. Anderson has been absolutely ridiculous this season, in every meaning of the word. He boasts an obscene 0.98 goals-against average and .967 save percentage and has yet to lose a game in regulation, coming in with a 5-0-1 season mark.

Craig Anderson made 31 saves Wednesday night in the Senators' 5-1 win over the Canadiens. With a microscopic 0.98 goals-against average and .967 save percentage, Anderson has been magnificent this season. He can't be expected to keep up this up, but if Ottawa can get consistent efforts from him, it will continue to turn heads as the season progresses. Suffice to say, keep rolling Anderson out there in fantasy leagues.

Craig Anderson will be back between the pipes for Ottawa on Wednesday night. He made 31 stops in a 3-2 win over Washington on Tuesday and he'll face the surging Montreal Canadiens, who have won four straight games. Craig Anderson blocked 31 of 33 shots en route to a 3-2 comeback win over the Capitals Tuesday. The former Avalanche net minder has been superb this season, posting a 4-0-1 record in his five games. Color us surprised that the Senators have been as effective as they have when many pundits had them pegged as major regression candidates.

The Senators will likely start Craig Anderson in goal Tuesday against the Capitals. Anderson has been spectacular in four starts this season and boasts a 0.74 GAA and .975 save percentage, both tops in the league. He should continue to get a very good number of starts in this shortened season and could be one of the top fantasy goalies all year.

Craig Anderson turned aside 33 of 34 shots, but was saddled with a loss in a 2-1 shootout defeat at the hands of the Penguins Sunday. Anderson was superb in this game with a first period goal by James Neal being the only blemish, with the exception of the shootout. Anderson and the Senators have been surprisingly efficient with their defensive play this season, which bodes well for the net minder going forward.

Look for Craig Anderson to be between the pipes Sunday at home against the Penguins. Anderson has been one of the best goaltenders in the league so far this season. The Ottawa goaltender boasts a minuscule 0.67 GAA to go along with a .976 save percentage and a perfect record. Anderson should get a healthy number of starts this season. Sens coach Paul MacLean will announce any changes for Sunday's game this afternoon at 2 pm.

Craig Anderson blocked 25 of 26 Florida shots Thursday in a3-1 victory for the Senators. Anderson and the Senators have been very sound defensively during their 3-0-0 start to the season. For his part, the Ottawa goaltender boasts a minuscule 0.67 GAA to go along with a .976 save percentage and a perfect record. We may only be three games into the season, but it's difficult to argue with this type of production.

Craig Anderson stopped all of the 31 shots he faced in a 4-0 victory over the Panthers on Monday night. Anderson remains a number two netminder in fantasy leagues with the upside to be a little more - he's just tough to trust because he's very inconsistent. Anderson should get a healthy number of starts this season, but the Senators have some pretty appealing alternatives if he struggles.
