Corey Perry has been selected as the "cover boy" for the 2010-11 NHL Awards. Perry's remarkable late-season push was noted by the NHL as he was given this honor. When asked about being cover boy, Perry got a chance to bring his family into the picture. "My dad was pretty important and was my coach until I was 11 or 12," Perry said. "He'd throw pucks around in the backyard and teach us things that are the reason why I play as well as I do today." Perry is a nominee for the Hart Trophy as the league MVP.
