Kreider tallied two assists and five shots on goal in Tuesday's 5-0 rout of the visiting Blues.
EDGE Analysis
Kreider picked up right where he left off after missing four games with a neck issue. Thanks to his red-hot start that featured seven points in the first five games, the Massachusetts native now has nine points in six games this year and continues to delight owners that selected him with the hope that this would finally be the 25-year-old's big campaign.

Kreider (neck) will return to the lineup against the Blues on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Kreider was sidelined for the Rangers' last four outings after starting out red hot with seven points in the opening five games. The winger is averaging 17:18 of ice time per night, which includes 3:07 on the power play, and will slot back into a second line role. With the 25-year-old cleared to return, Oscar Lindberg will be the odd man out Tuesday according to coach Alain Vigneault.

Kreider (neck) will not play against Tampa Bay on Sunday, Steve Zipay of Newsday reports.
EDGE Analysis
It was expected that the 25-year-old would miss the game, however, he did practice on Sunday, and is expected to be back for Tuesday's game. With seven points in five games so far this year, Kreider is a fantasy threat when healthy.

Kreider (neck) is making progress in his injury rehab, though he has been ruled out for a pair of weekend games, culminating with a contest against the Lightning on Sunday, Steve Zipay of Newsday reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Rangers were holding out hope that the power forward would be able to play in Sunday's game, but evidently that won't be the case, despite how he skated on his own Thursday morning. As a fantasy owner, you'll want to start Kreider as soon as he's healthy -- the 25-year-old is tied with Mika Zibanejad for the team-lead in points at seven (three goals, four assists). Check back on Kreider's status ahead of a Nov. 1 match against the Blues.

Kreider (neck) skated on his own Thursday morning, but is unlikely to play until at least Sunday, Brett Cyrgalis of the New York Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Turns out that head coach Alain Vigneault's "more than day-to-day" estimation was accurate considering Kreider will likely miss his second straight game, but probably not much beyond that. The Rangers are off to a hot start, but they would surely still love to have Kreider's production back sooner rather than later.

Kreider (neck) is not expected to play in Wednesday's clash with the Bruins according to head coach Alain Vigneault, Brett Cyrgalis of the New York Post reports. Vigneault added that Kreider "might be more than day-to-day."
EDGE Analysis
Aside from Vignealt's ominously phrased description, there hasn't been any indication as to when Kreider might return to action. Kreider was off to an excellent start to the season, so his return would be very welcome for the Rangers and fantasy owners alike. Stay tuned for more updates on his health as they come in.

Kreider is day-to-day with a neck strain and will not play in Sunday's game against the Coyotes.
EDGE Analysis
It's a tough break for Kreider and his owners, as he's come out of the gate absolutely flying with seven points and 23 shots on goal in his first five games. The loss will be offset by the return of Oscar Lindberg (hip), who will make his season debut.

Kreider registered a point for the fourth consecutive game to start the season during Monday's loss to the Red Wings.
EDGE Analysis
Kreider finished last season strong with 17 goals and 31 points over his final 50 games of the season, and the 25-year-old winger might finally be putting his offensive game together at the highest level. He owns the size, speed and skill to be a formidable power forward, and he's showing signs of breaking out in a big way thus far. He's averaging five shots per game and already has two power-play tallies after scoring just eight PP points in each of the past two seasons. Best of all, though, he's second in league scoring with seven points through four games.

Kreider both scored a goal -- this time on the power play -- and dished an assist for the third consecutive game to open the season in Monday's win over San Jose.
EDGE Analysis
That's three games, three goal-and-assist stat lines for Kreider, who finally looks like he's emerging into the star Rangers fans have been awaiting for a few years now. The goal was a thing of beauty, as Kreider came flying down the left wing and blasted a sharp-angle shot over the shoulder of Sharks netminder Martin Jones, who was helpless to resist. After barely averaging two shots per game last year, Kreider's unleashed 18 shots on opposing netminders through these first three contests. With 11 hits to boot, he's certainly putting the league on notice.

Kreider notched a goal and an assist in Saturday's win over the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
A dominant outing from Kreider, who also fired seven shots on goal and had four hits. That's back-to-back multi-point games to kick off the season, as he's thriving on the second line with Mika Zibanejad. While he's known for being inconsistent, Kreider has put up back-to-back 21-goal campaigns and can find the back of the net at a steady rate.
