Kreider picked up an assist and four shots along with a minus-2 rating in Sunday's road loss to Anaheim.
EDGE Analysis
He'd missed the scoresheet four consecutive times in search of his 50th point of the season, but Kreider's finally reached that plateau for the first time. The 25-year-old winger has notably improved his offensive consistency this year, setting career highs in a number of categories already -- goals (26), points and power-play points (13) most notably -- and he'll set another one when he adds six more shots to his season total of 175.

Kreider opened the scoring with a power-play goal and added a power-play assist in Thursday's loss to Carolina.
EDGE Analysis
He's compiled four points and 17 shots in his last four games, so Kreider's officially back on track in the aftermath of a shabby 10-game run. The Boston College product has now tied the career-high 46 points he rolled up two years ago; fantasy owners should feel good about rolling him out the rest of the way.

Kreider scored his 25th goal of the season in Tuesday's 5-2 win over Florida.
EDGE Analysis
He's already set a new career high in that category, so every goal he scores from here on out will just keep building that personal best. Kreider's now two points short of matching his career-high 46 from two seasons ago, too. There could be a bit of luck in his 15.7 shooting percentage, but it's not such a huge outlier that his fantasy owners should worry about Kreider regressing down the stretch.

Kreider scored the Rangers only goal Saturday in a 4-1 loss to the Canadiens.
EDGE Analysis
Kreider may have 24 goals on the season, but Saturday's snipe was just his second in 11 games. Kreider is only three points from equalizing his career point mark (46 points). It will come, but we need to be prepared that his mid-40s tallies from past seasons could be all he has.

Kreider (lower body) will be in the lineup against the Bruins on Thursday evening.
EDGE Analysis
Kreider received a maintenance day Wednesday after missing some shifts in Tuesday's loss to Washington due to the ailment, but he'll be ready to reprise his role as a flanker on the second line opposite Mats Zuccarello and with Derek Stepan down the middle. Kreider is also likely to see power-play chances with the Bruins ranked 21st in the league at 10.1 PIM per game.

Kreider missed part of Tuesday's loss against Washington due to a lower-body injury, Larry Brooks of the New York Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Brooks notes that Kreider was "a shell of himself" after returning to the game, but no injury has been announced by the team since then, so it seems likely that he'll play through this ailment. Despite some bouts of inconsistency, Kreider is still in the midst of his best NHL campaign, as he has already set a new career high in goals (23) and is just four points shy of his career-high 46 from two seasons ago.

Kreider scored a goal and added an assist in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Devils.
EDGE Analysis
Kreider remains on pace to tickle the twine 30 times, which would be a significant jump from his previous career best of 21. He's been a bit quiet in his last seven -- just two goals and an assist. But Kreider does have eight points, including five goals, in his last 12 contests.

Kreider buried the game-winning goal in overtime Thursday, edging the Sabres by a 2-1 score.
EDGE Analysis
Kreider's now hit 20 goals for the third straight season, but this year's different -- the pace has been much quicker. He's poised to blow by his career marks in both goals (21, twice) and points (46, two years ago), all while adding a tempting mix of hits and PIM. Crucially, Kreider's shot rate has spiked dramatically this year; he only took one Thursday, but it still pushed his season total to 123 in 45 games, so he's on pace to blow by his career high in that category (180) as well.

Kreider was fined $5,000 for hitting Stars forward Cody Eakin with his helmet while the two fought in Tuesday night's contest.
EDGE Analysis
Kreider avoids a suspension, which is great news for his fantasy owners. The high-scoring Blueshirt has dropped nine goals in his past 10 games to complement three man-advantage markers and a plus-3 rating in that span. Now, Kreider has 18 goals on the season and that's only one behind Michael Grabner for the team's scoring lead.

Kreider potted a power-play goal, added an assist and collected seven PIM in Tuesday's 7-6 loss to the Stars.
EDGE Analysis
He's been scoring with great regularity -- 10 times in his last 12 games, with a trio of assists sprinkled in. If not for the early injuries that derailed his momentum a bit, Kreider might be among the league's upper echelon of point-getters, but even so, it's hard to complain about his 33 in 39 contests. The Rangers will also give him due credit for fighting Cody Eakin, who delivered a brutal hit on goalie Henrik Lundqvist the last time these two teams met.
