Brayden Schenn scored the game-winning goal in Adirondack's 3-2 win over St. John's on Wednesday night. The goal came 5:16 into the third period. As expected, Schenn is thriving in the AHL with 27 points in 26 games. The 21-year-old figured to be tasked with an elevated role this season with the Flyers, but that's certainly in jeopardy. Brandon Manning also notched a goal, which is just his sixth point on the year.

Brayden Schenn potted two goals and also registered an assist in the Adirondack Phantoms' 4-3 win over the Syracuse Crunch Saturday. Schenn is due for an increased role with the Flyers once the lockout comes to an end as he's projected to play in Philadelphia's top-six forward group. The young Flyers forward has some serious scoring ability, making him someone to keep a close eye on in fantasy leagues. He has 25 points in 22 games this season with the Phantoms.

Brayden Schenn is thriving in the AHL as the work stoppage persists. The young Flyers forward ranks third in the league in scoring with 22 points. "Since I saw him in LA, every part of his game has come along tremendously," Phantoms coach Terry Murray said. "He's physically more mature, mentally more mature. He's starting to really identify with what his niche is in the game. He's becoming a more complete player. His game with the puck is what really attracted your attention: He was a scorer, he really competed hard. It was his play without the puck that needed a lot of work." Murray called him a "'big game' player that coaches love." Schenn has a ton of offensive ability and should expect a nice bump from his 18-point season last year in the NHL.

Braden Schenn had a three-point night with a goal and two assists to lead Adirondack to a 5-1 victory over Bridgeport Sound on Wednesday night. To see Schenn dominate in the AHL with 20 points in 15 games is not a surprise at all. He's due for an increased role in Philadelphia once the lockout comes to an end and has some serious scoring ability, making him someone to keep a close eye on in fantasy leagues, even after a season in which he had just 18 points in 54 regular season games.

Brayden Schenn generated a hat trick in Adirondack's 4-1 Wednesday afternoon victory against Manchester. Schenn, predictably, leads his AHL squad in scoring with seven goals and 14 points in 12 games. Ben Holmstrom chipped in with two helpers in the match.

Brayden Schenn's play in the minors has been inconsistent despite his 11 points in nine games. Seven of his points came over the course of two contests and he owns a minus-6 rating. "He and I sat down and chatted about what I need from him," Phantoms coach Terry Murray said. "I told him, 'This is a team that's looking at you. You're a young guy, and you have some NHL games behind you, and everybody's looking at you to lead the way.' And he's been much better lately." Schenn is projected to play in Philadelphia's top-six forward group when the NHL lockout ends.

Brayden Schenn has 11 points in nine games with the Adirondack Phantoms of the AHL. Schenn will likely dominate the AHL, which should help him when the NHL resumes action following the lockout. His breakout postseason performance last season makes him a very appealing sleeper candidate in fantasy drafts.

It should come as no surprise that Brayden Schenn and Sean Couturier are leading Adirondack, the Flyers' AHL affiliate, in scoring. Schenn has scored four goals and registered nine points in eight games, while Couturier has scored once and registered seven points over the same span. Their combined total of 16 points is one third of the Phantoms' team total. They will be draft worthy even in shallow fantasy leagues once NHL play resumes.

Brayden Schenn was a huge difference-maker for the Adirondack Phantoms, factoring into all four of their goals in a 4-3 win against the Syracuse Crunch. Schenn collected one tally and three assists in a masterful performance. He could very well dominate the AHL for however long he's stuck there during the lockout.
