Reggie Wayne caught five balls for 81 yards and a touchdown in the Colts' Week 16 win over Kansas City. He was targeted 12 times, uncharacteristically dropping at least two. Wayne's fantasy performance was still strong coming off last week's 14-yard clunker, and his fourth-quarter touchdown catch proved the game winner. Wayne and the Colts will close out the regular season against the division rival Texans in Week 16.

Reggie Wayne was held to 14 yards on three receptions in the Colts' Week 15 loss to the Texans. Wayne was essentially a non-factor outside of drawing a couple of first-half pass interference penalties, although it wasn't because Johnathan Joseph shadowed Wayne all over the field, as ESPN reported he would pre-game. The Texans mixed coverages against the Colts, and Wayne simply failed to get open as Houston often had him double teamed or bracketed. Expect Wayne to bounce back in Week 16 at Kansas City. The Chiefs unfailingly "play sides" at cornerback, so Wayne will not be shadowed by LCB Brandon Flowers.

ESPN's Bob Holtzman reported on Sunday Countdown that the Texans will use CB Johnathan Joseph to shadow Reggie Wayne all over the field in Week 15. In last year's Colts-Texans games, Joseph stuck to LCB and played Pierre Garcon on the majority of the snaps. Wayne went against Kareem Jackson. The Texans will play matchups this time around, sticking their best cornerback on Indy's best receiver. It's worth noting that Joseph has not been a shutdown force this season. Pro Football Focus rates him 52nd among 111 qualifying cornerbacks in all-around play. He's a relatively middling 48th in coverage.

Reggie Wayne caught six passes for 64 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's Week 14, 27-23 win over the Titans.

Reggie Wayne was held to four catches for 51 yards in the Colts' Week 13 win over the Lions. Wayne was extremely quiet as Chris Houston was in his shirt most of the day. Andrew Luck was also really erratic for 3 1/2 quarters and threw 26 passes to T.Y. Hilton and Donnie Avery. Wayne ended up with just nine targets. Still, we'd consider it a mere bump in the road. It's a season-low in both catches and yardage for Wayne. He's on pace for 117 catches, 1,541 yards and four touchdowns heading into a plus matchup with the Titans in Week 14.

Reggie Wayne caught eight passes for 102 yards in the Colts' Week 12 win over the Bills on Sunday.

Reggie Wayne caught seven passes for 72 yards in Indy's Week 11 blowout loss to the Patriots. Wayne was targeted a staggering 18 times, but was the victim of some tight coverage and erratic throws from rookie quarterback Andrew Luck. The 72 yards put him over 1,000 on the year. He's now surpassed the 1K mark eight times in 12 seasons, and in eight of his past nine campaigns. Wayne is averaging 100.3 yards per game, which would be a new career best by 5.9 yards.

Reggie Wayne caught eight passes for 96 yards in Thursday night's Week 10 win over the Jaguars. Wayne was targeted 11 times on the night and caught six passes on nine targets in the first half, but with the game squarely in hand in the second half, there wasn't much desire to pass the ball. Wayne was the option on Andrew Luck's first five pass attempts and consistently beat Derek Cox and Aaron Ross in coverage. The 34-year-old (next week) is a WR1 for the remainder of the season. Indy travels to New England in 10 days.

Reggie Wayne caught a team-high seven passes for 78 yards and a touchdown versus the Dolphins in Week 9. Wayne beat Sean Smith for a 9-yard score, passing Edgerrin James for the third-most touchdowns (76) in franchise history. The veteran also surpassed Torry Holt (920) to move into 13th place on the NFL's all-time receptions list. At the midway point, Wayne is on pace for career highs in targets (202), receptions (122), and yards (1678). He faces Jacksonville's injury-depleted secondary in Week 10.

Reggie Wayne led the Colts with seven receptions for 91 yards at Tennessee in Week 8. Wayne's 11 targets were four more than the next-closest receiver. He continues to show sticky hands. Wayne's 20-yard overtime reception on a critical third-down set up Vick Ballard's game-winning touchdown. Leading the NFL in targets and receiving yards, Wayne remains a must-start WR1 versus the Dolphins in Week 9.
